Well i have een clash on saturday, photoshoot with Brent Spiner and Rene Auberjonois both at 16.00 hrs. What should i do?

well i had a photoshoot on saturday but still did not recieved a refund. emailed See Tickets but did not get a answer and calling is out of the question because im from overseas so thats way to expensive. so i dont know what to do ?

still wondering when my photoshoot with Alice will be refunded ?
