    I had an email back with the words: “Eventbrite is a ticketing tool used by third-party organizers to manage events. This means we can’t issue refunds from the organizer's account.” I’m a little puzzled by this

    Yes I do use a different email to order my tickets and to send them an email about the short fall in my refund. I’m going to wait until the end of the week and if I haven’t heard from Eventbrite, then I’m gonna have to get my bank involved to sort it out.

    Has anyone had a reply from Eventbrite using the email address Queen Sindel so kindly posted for us? I sent an email, but haven’t had one from them to acknowledge they received it.

    Low for me was James Caan. I was at his table on Saturday afternoon and he was not interested at all with interacting with me. He was more concerned with looking past me to make sure crew members cut his line. Didnt shake my hand afterwards when I offered my hand or acknowledge my thank you. If my mum and friends hadn’t asked me to get his autograph, I wouldn’t have bothered.
