Robert Englund - no Sunday signing
Graphic_Delusions replied to showmasters's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
Robert's photoshoot finished at 11.30am and Robert Kurtzman said it will take about 2.5hrs to do the makeup. There was definitely enough time for him to do a small session for Diamond Pass holders only. I'm not too bothered as the vouchers have helped me spend less, however, I do feel sorry for those who have travelled far to meet him. -
Diamond Pass extra goodies question
Graphic_Delusions replied to Dukedwarfer's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
Usually these type of things don't, I'd bring something. Thanks. Yeah, to be honest I wasn't holding out for them to supply tubes since I wouldn't expect them to be screen printed on cover french paper I still would like to see the design so that I can make up my mind on what item to have signed. -
Diamond Pass extra goodies question
Graphic_Delusions replied to Dukedwarfer's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
I have a question. I am planning to attend Friday to pick up the Diamond Pass 'goodies' and wanted to know whether the art prints will come in a protective poster tube or is it best to bring my own? -
Guest Cancellation - Charles Dance
Graphic_Delusions replied to Too Tall's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
There are already many big names appearing. Guest can cancel up to the day so until they turn up you never know. I book for the convention and the guests are a bonus. This way I'm never as fussed if someone cancels. I have two photoshoots over three days. I'm going for the fun of the con. I'm sure Jason will be speaking to different agencies now to see who is available for this weekend. Unfortunately not many can commit to it at such short notice. You just never know.. -

Strange photo requests
Graphic_Delusions replied to john1980's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
Assuming it's a fake plastic knife Bare in mind that some guests don't like to hold props. Cary Elwes wouldn't hold my severed foot prop I made whilst I'm holding a SAW. I ended up holding both. Why wouldn't he hold it? I went to his autograph table first and asked before the scheduled photoshoot. He just said that he doesn't hold props and that it was ok for me to hold it instead. Just one of those things really. I think most guests are generally up for it, you just have to respect those who don't. -

Thanks. I made them in a few days on and off. I made them for a feature film (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2797930) Made from a silicone material :) -
LFCC Talk and Photo Schedule
Graphic_Delusions replied to Too Tall's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
That changes my plans now since both Sigourney and Bill Paxton are doing photoshoots at the same time. I guess with having Sigourney's diamond pass is that I could go do Bill's photshoot and then join Sigourney's queue (hoping it will still be for passes 01 - 30). But then we need to know whether Sigourney will be signing between end of photoshoot and the Aliens talk. -

Yes very fake haha I know, luckily up to now I have never been turned down on a request lol. Also I severed foot even fake is horrid haha :-P Ha, yes, very horrid Cary loved the SAW reference, just a shame he didn't quite play along for a better posed photo. -

I had a Freddy glove duel with Robert Englund.. I'm sure the UK Alien Colonial Marines group will have their dog collared xenomorph in a photo with Sigourney Weaver this year -

Clarification of Diamond and Gold Passes
Graphic_Delusions replied to showmasters's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
Pass number order would be groups of let's say 1 to 30 as with the VQ tickets. I highly doubt they'd sort that group in number order as well. Number 25 may not be around at that moment and then everyone would be waiting forever. Thanks. I didn't want to cause issues with people in the queue... Although there should be a dedicated exception for obtaining '001' *j/k* I wasn't thinking about waiting for every number to turn up, I was on about to those who are there first thing and needed to be organised fairly without overcrowding. :) -
Clarification of Diamond and Gold Passes
Graphic_Delusions replied to showmasters's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
The only thing that I'm a little uncertain with is the wording about queuing - in 'batch order' and in 'pass order'. If in 'batch order' - I join the back of the queue among the other diamond pass holders who are also in the same batch number? If in 'pass order' - I join the queue and cut in to where my numbered position is - i.e. I am number 001 so I should just walk to the front? Apologies if this has already been clarified. EDIT - Here's the quote from the email: -
I only attempted this when we had a Hellraiser reunion because I love the artwork. First 2 guests were totally cool with it, when I went to the third guest they said no because I already had the autograph on my own item. I guess it all depends on who you approach. Now looking back, I wont be doing it again because I don't want to stop someone from getting an autograph on a print that could run out of stock.

Gives a hint at what the t-shirt we will receive which I assume will also be the design that will be worn by Robert Englund and/or Robert Kurtzman. I'm pretty sure that's been there all along! Not when the Diamond Pass was first announced. 100% sure. But then that was on the old ticketing system. Here's the original description.

Diamond Pass mailing
Graphic_Delusions replied to orca_de_wils's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
It was already mentioned that well over a 100 were purchased within the first few minutes. I'm sure it will arrive this week. They are sent via Recorded Delivery so it wont get lost in the post. -
I have the same statue (and a Diamond pass too!). The game sucked but the statue's awesome! Out of pure nostalgia, I didn't mind the game. But yeah it wasn't the best the franchise has seen in a video game. Alien Isolation on the other hand is beyond amazing. Loved playing that one. I still have the facehugger that came with the AVP game.
