Everybody I met (John Simm, Jewel Staite & Bernard Cribbins) was lovely but I just wanted to add a special mention for Gates McFadden. Admittedly her queue was non-existent at the time but she told my boyfriend he had a lovely smile and spent quite a while talking to us/him. She actually managed to seem genuinely interested too, asked where we were from, from we did, what my boyfriend wants to do with his Biomedical Science degree (and pointing out that he could be 'another Dr') etc.

Ah, thanks I must have missed that. Certainly explains the big difference between Saturday and Sunday (presumably Friday's went pretty smoothly because of the much smaller volume of people).

He was lovely. Although he did slap my arm and tell me I'd have to bend my knees and not stand there like a lamp post! =P

I didn't get any photoshoots but here are a couple of photos I had taken at the tables: Not my favourite photos of me ever (especially the one with Jewel Staite) but never mind. Everyone else's photos are great. =D

This was my first LFCC (and only my second con) and I had a really great time. I'm glad I went on Friday because I got a few of the autographs I wanted and got to spend longer talking to the guests than I imagine I would have on Saturday. The queue on Saturday was, as has been said, a shambles. Thankfully this was all sorted by the Sunday and some barriers had been put up but I would have thought someone could have realised some would be needed on Saturday. I didn't get any photoshoots or attend any talks but some of the feedback on here is making me kind of glad I didn't.
