This is now the 8th or 9th guest who I wanted to see who has cancelled. I know 'these things happen... blah, blah, blah.' But this is a lot. There are still many guests I'm going to see, but I'm not jumping up and down like I was last year. Most I'm mopping up. I know cancellations happen and the quality of guests is subjective, but I don't think this event is as good as last year, even before many of the cancellations. Sorry, I know many of you will disagree, but this is my opinion on the matter. I know there's not long to go, but it would be nice if a few last minute additions were made. After last year I got the impression that LFCC would get bigger and better, year on year. I'm not sure about that.

Hoping Showmasters will have managed to find an image of him from Rogue One. I know it's unlikely, but you never know. Would really like a signed pic of him from Star Wars

Can 3 day standard ticket holders pick their passes up on Thursday if they wish, or do they have to wait until Friday?
If you mean your wristband, I don't recall they have said anything about that - they will probably stick with issuing them in the queue, as far as I know Thursday is just for diamond and gold pass collection.

are you gold pass or normal entry? i got an email telling me i was going to get a voucher, not an actual voucher though... assuming it will be there with my other gold pass goodies :)

Prop Shoots are not usually my thing, but I have been sent a voucher as Thursday has been cancelled. I don't watch GOT, the delorean might interest me, but the TARDIS definitely.

That's what I meant. It' the only place that I know of that has a 'list' if 1 item counts as a list
I was sure I'd seen others mentioned but they aren't something I go for so haven't really paid attention to them.Thank you for your help.

This is my 7th guest to cancel so far! I'm not doing very well so far this year!
Still hoping for some exciting (for me) announcements. P.S more Scooby Snacks for me! -
How about some more Superhero related guests from TV shows like Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, Gotham, etc? Also some big guests from The Force Awakens would be nice.

Other Arrow guest please... Katie Cassidy, Caity Lotz, Emily Bett Rickard, Willa Holland, Celina Jade, Katrina Law, Elysia Rotaru... just to name a few
Across the current DC TV shows alone there must be dozens of possibilities. These shows are very popular and I am disappointed by how under-represented they are. I know you can't please everyone, but getting one popular actor from one of these shows will please a lot of people and make me very happy indeed! :)

Who WOWed You At LFCC?

I had such a nice experience this year at London Film & Comic Con, interacting with Showmasters volunteers & fellow attendees that I thought I'd start a thread where people can tell their stories and thank each other. Not everything went according to plan for some people, but lets use this to highlight the positive & the good. I spent a lot of time in queues, so thank you to everyone in front & behind me or next to me who chatted and help the time pass more quickly & make the waiting nicer. I always say this after every con, I wish I'd exchanged at least forum user names to stay in touch with people.
