I bought a Billie Piper photo shoot not long after she was announced and picked Batch 1 from the drop down menu. No Batch Number is showing on my ticket and I'm worried l'll have to wait till the end for my photo because of this. Any ideas?

I have a photoshoot from the summer event which Michael Ironside didn't attend. I understand my ticket rolls over to this event, but I have not had a replacement or any other communication. Do I just turn up with the original ticket from the summer? Does anyone know how it works? Thanks.

I have received a load of replacement photo shoot tickets via email, but I am very concerned that none of these have batch numbers on them. I already have various clashes and don't want these to create further problems for me. I intend to take the original tickets showing the batch numbers along with the replacements. I hope this will be sufficient proof.

My voucher was emailed to me today so I didn't have to wait very long.

I received (what looks like) a generic email yesterday 22/06 advising that 2 guests have cancelled. One of these I have a photo shoot with. The email says the photo shoot will automatically be credited to an e-voucher. I have not yet received a voucher. Can someone please let me know how long it takes for the voucher to be sent through after such an email is received. Thanks.

Will Showmasters know from the scanned photoshoot tickets who has been able to use their Friday and Sunday photoshoots on Saturday and therefore who to refund or not refund next week? Thank you.

Sometimes I wear a collar shirt, sometimes I wear a t-shirt. Now I can make an informed adult decision. And to quote an old Doctor friend of mine, 'there's no point being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes'.

Ok great, so even if he is sat down I would be standing up so great, I can wear a t-shirt if I decide to! Thanks! I should have remembered the use of a high chair in a shoot with another actor a few years ago.

I know you're going to think I'm mad for asking this, but there is logic to my madness. Do you know or think Billy Dee Williams will be standing up or sitting down for his photoshoot? The reason I ask is so that I know what to wear. If I wear a Star Wars t-shirt and we are sitting down the image on the t-shirt will get scrunched up and look rubbish in the picture. If I know he is sitting down I will wear a normal collar shirt instead. Plus my big belly would look worse sat down in a t-shirt than it would in a collar shirt. I recently saw footage of him with a stick so thought I'd ask. I know, l know, but thanks for humouring this crazy geek! Does anyone else think this way? Actually, don't answer that...
