I did see the reply from SJ that was posted however the theatre where Denis is performing had tweeted a response to people stating that Denis is appearing in ALL scheduled shows, so obviously that seems as though he will not be in attendance at Bitten 3. I am not having a go or complaining, I appretiate & understand that it takes a lot of organisation and I thoroughly enjoyed Bitten 1 & 2. I just personally feel that this event is fast approaching and an official reply regarding Denis is deserved and needed as the rumour mill is buzzing. I am gutted that it now seems like Denis will not be there but it happens and guests are only ever in attendance subject to work comittments but we need Showmasters / ME to acknowledge us with some kind of response regarding both Denis & the status of the convention. I agree with Erics Donor, they are a business at the end of the day & customer service is key!

I understand they are working on guests however I think considering that members of the Bitten 3 Facebook group have pretty much un-covered the fact that Denis will not be attending as he is double booked we deserve some kind of statement from the organisers, even if it is just to say they don't know what is going on!! Getting worried they are going to cancel as things aren't looking good and major lack of communication Never been this bad with keeping us informed.
