If you don't mind a short walk, Shepherds Bush (Central Line), Earls court and Barons Court (Piccadilly and District line) are all a 10 - 15 minute walk from Olympia If you are less able to walk (or don't want to), get to Hammersmith Tube Station (via District(Green) , Piccadilly (Dark Blue) or Circle / Hammersmith and City (Yellow and Pink) lines) and get the number 9, 10 or 27 bus from the bus station. They stop right outside Olympia and run every 5 - 10 minutes. Hammersmith and Earls Court stations both provide step free access from the train to the street level. For those who don't normally use the underground / buses, you can use a contactless card on them all and you will only be charged up to a maximum day travelcard rate for your total journeys that day. You don't need to buy a separate ticket.

Because they are collected all through the event and keeping track of which are going to be collected when and which need to be sent out would be somewhat complicated and time consuming, particularly around making sure it actually is the person who ordered the autograph.

If you go onto the organisers section of the Olympia website (https://olympia.london/organising) you can find links to maps of the whole of the venue, which in particular shows where the normal stairways, toilets and lifts are located.

SHREK From the schedule for Saturday, the Wil Wheaton Big Bang shoot finishes before the Talk starts and the Christopher Lloyd and Delorean AM shoot will be running for ~40 minutes after the talk ends, so no issues there. The only actual clash will be the Tom Wilson / DeLorean Shoot.

One option is: Victoria Line to Oxford Circus, change to Central Line to Shepherds Bush then change to Overground to Kensington Olympia

Yes, you can go to the second shoot and queue up anytime after your pass number is called for the autograph

Go to the RDA shoot first, then to the Steven Yeun. If you have batch 3 or higher for Steven, you'll be in his PM shoot anyway so the clash will disappear

The photoshoot is shown in the same hall as the Main stage, so you will be able to get from the talk to the shoot very quickly. The talks do tend to end on time.

Ian, Derek, Steven, Emily, Benedict. You should get through easily, especially if you can go to the PM shoots for Steven and Emily. And it should save you a bit of walking.

As its a single shoot they will get through everyone who has a ticket for a Saturday photo and is there before the end.

Saturday: Both photos in C which is in the same area as the Main Stage, so after Benedict's talk go to David's photo, join queue for Jessica and show them your BTTF talk ticket / pass. Then go to Talk. Possibly worth talking to the Talk crew to let them know you will be late in as well. Sunday: Go to SoA Photo and show them your Talk ticket. Possibly worth talking to the Talk crew to let them know you will be late in as well.
