Just wanted to say a big thank you to Showmasters team. They always take on any feedback from fans and every year LFCC gets better because of this. I loved the all day Friday opening and think it worked really well. Queues to enter venue were in really quickly and crew/security were well organised. The extra space worked really well and there was lots to look at (particularly enjoyed Dumb and Dumber and Batmobile vehicles and Suicide Squad costume display - these extra special touches really added something) There was a great selection of stalls and you were able to walk around easily at a comfortable temperature. I liked the diamond passes - had them for Famke and Jeremy and felt they worked well. The photos were again of an excellent standard and the photo area queues were dealt with efficiency and fairly. I got most autographs on Friday and that allowed for a brief chat with guests - Jamie Kennedy, Sean Maher, Jon Heder, Judge Reinhold and Julian Sands - all were amazingly kind and chatty, making some great memories of the day. Being able to meet the stars of your fave films / tv shows is a wonderful thing and you can tell that Showmasters appreciate this. Saturday was also much easier than other years. I'm already looking forward to next year!

Just got a tweet back from Mena Suvari saying she would love to do a Showmasters show in UK. She has just started doing US cons so thought I'd ask her about UK ones. She's such an amazing actress and would be really popular especially with her roles in American Beauty, the American Pie films and her new show South of Hell. She always seems really fan friendly on her Facebook and Twitter.

After the amazing superstar guests of last summer there seems to be no limit as to the big names SM can attract. Hoping for Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Pacino or Jamie Lee Curtis as diamond guests as all have done events before mostly in US so are definitely possibles.

I have £40 worth of refunds in the form of vouchers from when I had to have some photoshoots refunded at LFCC summer 2015. I just checked them as hope to use them this year and noticed the vouchers say they are only valid until end of 2014. Is there anything that can be done to change this? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks :)

The show is getting bigger every year. More and more big names will be attracted to LFCC now that we've had Stan Lee, Sigourney Weaver and Michael J Fox. Getting Stallone next year sounds like a logical next step. Schwarzenegger, Pacino and Jamie Lee Curtis have also done signings before so may be possible headliners too. Lots of stars do private signings such as Sharon Stone, Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. So maybe they would consider attending a con especially if it ties in with promoting a movie. I think its exciting how the possibility of meeting these big names is increasing more and more every year.

I wasn't too bothered about anything except getting an autograph and a photo with my diamond passes but was surprised when I went to diamond desk and couldn't get tshirts in the sizes I had ordered and ended up with XLs rather than smalls. T shirts were just stacked up on desk allowing those who hadn't specified a size to choose what they wanted rather than be allocated an XL as stated in diamond pass rules. I understand that it would have taken a lot of time to bag up and label tshirts for individuals but I think if goodie bags are used next year it would be better to add items that are not size specific or not have them at all so that people are able to get exactly what they ordered.

Not sure how to post pics from my mobile onto here but I have posted pics on twitter for anyone who wants to see them my twitter name is @patchyandme. Sigourney said she had never been asked to sign a Heartbreakers poster before. She seemed pleased to see it and said "I loved making that movie. We all had so much fun" She then pointed to Gene Hackman and said "I love him. He's amazing" She asked me where I would like her to sign and which colour sharpie I wanted her to use. She asked if I would like her to add her character name so I said yes please. She said "My character was called Max among other names. She was so fun to play" (For those who haven't seen Heartbreakers Sigourney played a con artists who goes by several different names) She said that she loves doing comedies and hopes that she has the chance to make another comedy soon. She told me to be careful with poster as she didn't want her signature to smudge. She thanked me for coming and smiled. A lovely lady and much more of an exchange than I thought there would be. I was expecting it to be a bit of a conveyor belt where items were just past down for her to quickly sign but it was relaxed, friendly and an encounter I will remember for a lifetime :) She seemed to really enjoy talking to fans and was so lovely. Never thought I would get to meet her as had gold pass rather than diamond but thanks to the lovely people running her queue on Sunday I did.
