Hi I was wondering if all the tickets for the Brighton event have been sent out yet as I have not received mine yet and am starting to panic that I may have been scammed. I ordered standard entry tickets for 2 adults for Saturday and also one photo with James Marsters and another with Rene Auberjonois. I had to fill out all the details of the people who the tickets were for so that they could not be transferred. But now I cannot find any email confirmation and have not received anything through the post. I could not get any joy from the automated ticket seller when I called to find out where my tickets were. So can you possibly help? Thanks Kerry Potter

first of all congratulations. :) Unfortunately I am not sure on the details. I'd say print the DM to make sure. Online sales have closed, but you can get your brother's tickets at the door no problem. The Red Dwarf photoshoot is quite late, so unless you want to enjoy the full day I'd personally say standard opening will do. But I will try to find out if there's a suggested timeframe. Thank you for your reply, just found out about tix as tried to buy one and was told they're only available on the door now. We'll probs get there early so we don't end up waiting all day to get in So very excited, will print out the DM as you advised as it's probably the best way to go. Many thanks, Kerry

Just found out I'm a winner from lasts nights twitter comp. Received a DM not long ago telling me I've won free entry and photo shoot and autographs with the Red Dwarf cast!!! So excited, thank you so much! The DM on twitter told me I needed proof of my twitter account, so should I print up the DM or can I just show them the message on my phone? Also I'd like to bring my my brother with me so can I puchase his entry ticket online then pick it up on the door? One last thing do I have to be there early or by standard entry time? You can upgrade your tickets, just join the buy on the day queue and explain the situation when you get to the ticket window. Thank you for letting me know, that's cheered me up, was worried I'd miss out :) Really looking forward to it!

Hi this is my first time going to LFCC and so my friend and I purchased standard entry tickets not realising the times of the photo shoots as they were only posted recently, We bought our entry tickets last month. I have a Saturday photo shoot With Kevin Sorbo, No. 83, and his photo shoot time is 10.15. We are likely to get to Olympia at 10.00 can we upgrade our entry tickets when we get there only I think I'll miss his shoot otherwise?

Hi. I am new to this forum and this will be the first time that I'm attending the LFACC. I have only just found out that Jonathan Frakes is no longer attending and I bought a ticket for a photoshoot with him. I don't think I've been reimbursed yet and had no email to say it had been cancelled so is possible to transfer my ticket money in exchange for a photoshoot with another guest? The letter that came with my ticket said that this was possible in the event that a guest cancelled. Obviously I am quite gutted that he's not coming and that I found out from my cousin instead of from the source of my purchase.
