I personally think making a joke about victims of sex trafficking being branded is poor taste and I wouldn’t be surprised if this post is deleted by mods.

They’d be better just not using any adjectives, rather than using a word like interesting. It seems a weird word choice for a guest. ‘We’re announcing a guest for LFCC at 7pm on Friday!’ works just fine.

I don't know this for definite, but I don't think tomorrow's guest will be from GoT. Normally they save announcements for 7pm Thursday/Friday. If tomorrow's guest was from GoT then they maybe would have just saved Julian Glover's announcement from today and announced him tomorrow evening instead.

Can the guest do the same? That would help us narrow it down for sure!

Realllyy hope they announce more than one guest. I’m not sure what ‘interesting’ means. Is it something like a Transformers car so not an actual person? Someone from Person of Interest?

Yeah that’s what i meant when i said a whole bunch of them are announced CLOSE to the event (as in, as you say, they’d know their availability much closer to the event so would then be able to confirm, where as they’d be unable to at this point). I wouldn’t meet him again anyway. I would just be keen to find out how much money I’d saved!

If the Avengers 4 reshoots over summer are what’s preventing a lot of guests from attending LFCC then maybe guests who aren’t in Infinity War would be possible like Michael Rooker. I’m hoping that the cast will be in the UK for the reshoots and will actually be free the weekend of LFCC so a whole bunch of them are announced close to the event when they know they’ll be free.

Hope that Bella Ramsey had a great day at her first con today. Would love to see her at LFCC. (Along with Michelle Ryan, Austin Amelio, Chad Coleman and Lino Facioli)

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau is doing 4 conventions from July to September so he is obviously not filming anything. PLEASEEEEEEE get him. So frustrating seeing him being announced for loads of other conventions around a similar time as the one so many people want him to come to.

Just seen the film tonight. Obviously not going to spoil anything but according to imdb and the film’s credits, Harley only does the physical performance of Moloch. Andrew Jack did the voice. Just thought I’d give people a head’s up.

I’m currently in the longest period I’ve gone without going to a con since I started going to them in 2011. I went to Newcastle Film and Comic Con in October and my next one won’t be until LFCC at the end of July.

Seeing photos of other people meeting Hannah Murray and Nathalie Emmanuel is making me sad PLEASEEEE get them for LFCC with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. Nathalie and Nikolaj are doing so many other cons at the moment.

Harry Lloyd would be good. I don’t believe he’s ever done a con. It’s so hard to get a Targaryen autograph!

The Game of Thrones line-up of main cast members is already great, but I'd really really like a female main cast member. At the moment there are 8 men but Ellie is the only female. The number of female GoT guests has been going down every year... five in 2015, four in 2016, three in 2017 (and those numbers include repeated guests like Ellie, Gemma and Jessica). Nathalie Emmanuel and Hannah Murray are both doing conventions this year but haven't done any in England. And also, Gwendoline Christie, Diana Rigg and Maisie Williams who have done conventions in the past but not for a few years so they'd be incredibly popular. Even people like Oona Chaplin, Esme Bianco, Indira Varma would be good.

I third Charles Dance but also think we need some other members of House Lannister. Peter Dinklage Nikolaj Coster-Waldau Dean-Charles Chapman Ian Gelder Eugene Simon Also The Mountain would be great

Noooooooo.... he was the main reason I was coming...not sure if it’s worth it now unless there’s a replacement or more announcements. Hannah Murray, Nathalie Emmanuel, Richard Madden would be great. Really hope Charles can come to LFCC.

Yeah it’s obviously down to preference. If I only wanted to meet guests from less popular/known films and tv shows that aren’t normally represented at conventions then I’d understand why I’d have fewer guests to meet. but I meet people from Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Lord of the Rings, Lost, Marvel TV Shows, Marvel films, the main original Star Wars cast and I’d probably start Stranger Things too if some of the kids were announced. These are some of the most popular tv shows and films from convention attendees as a whole and it’s very common for guests from these things to attend conventions. The Game of Thrones and Doctor Who line-ups are obviously fantastic, I’m just hoping for a few guests from some of the other things I meet guests from :)
