yes that's correct when I rung them they did say that - which is why today I checked out the website and I copied and pasted what it said

wasn't aware of that, sure I can wait no problem, was just trying to help myself that's all. I went to the SEE website and it said this when I put in my ref number anc clicked on refund request: Information We regret that we cannot exchange, refund, transfer or return tickets unless the event in question is cancelled or details of the event are significantly changed (for example venue, date etc). I won't do anymore now, I'll check back here tomorrow and see what progress there is, many thanks for your help

I've not received any email [or phone call back from SEE] about a refund on x2 Alice photographs. Could I get this sorted with staff at the convention?

How about everyone dressed as Borg gathered in a single place [on each day] looking menancing and all stated 'Resistance is futile you will be assimilated!' and a few feet away Starfleet and other species were descended upon by the advancing Borg group and were assimilated [with approrpiate cries of terror from our victims]. This would make a great set piece for filming. I'll be Borg on Friday and seek victims to assimilate

I rang up and was told they could not do a refund on my Alice photo or transfer to another photo because nothing was confirmed. What do we do?
