Yes we went in for the photoshoot and this is the picture i got... Awesome photo, I saw you going into the shoot and wished I could have seen Freema's reaction!!! Great facebook page too!! Can you be more explicit ? Why do you say corrupt, did it pop a message ? Can you access the card, open it, read anything. Why do you say vanished, is the card blank now ? First thing, do not put save any additional file to the card, you might delete the file on the card. No it didn't pop a message - it's an oldish Kodak camera (C613 - I wasn't allowed to take the shiny new camera, by the hubby!). I'd took the photos, and was just milling around the hall. Went to review the images to look at what I'd taken, and they'd gone, it kept saying the memory card was empty. I retried several times, then switched from external memory to internal, and tried to switch back again. Upon switching back, the camera stated the memory card could not be read and needed to be formatted. I didn't do this, as I knew I'd lose any chance of getting the images back. The memory card can be read in the computer though, and still states no files. Will try the software suggestions above - thanks guys!! If I can find the images, I'll stump up for software (we don't have a local Snappy Snaps). If not, I'll cut my losses Thanks though, the input is appreciated :)

Basically, I rolled up to LFCC on Saturday, having a whale of time, taking photos etc! Got my photo took with Anthony Head on my camera too, but 10mins later my memory card appeared to corrupt and everything vanished. I've been trying various memory card recovery softwares, but all are pay-for, and I don't want to pay for software that might not even work. The trials are showing a number of "corrupt" files on the memory card so I know they're there somewhere! Any advise from keen photographers? Anyone managed to fix a similar situation? Just thought I'd ask, just in case!!! I'm getting incredibly frustrated now!! Sigh! Thanks in advance!

Oh dear, are you on the early train to London too? I leave Darlo at 5.17am I am not a morning person, so it's not going to be pleasant!! LOL I'm going from darlo as well. 7pm train back from Kings X? Nope, I'm staying overnight and getting a afternoon coach back on Sunday (mixed and matched my tickets to get cheaper fares, only £10 for the coach back!). :)

I've only 1 booked so far :- Antony Head - 26

It's my first time at LFCC this year, am incredibly excited! I'm travelling down from the North East - getting into London at 8.15am (very early train!) and heading straight to the venue (have got early bird tickets for the weekend!). Currently only got a photoshoot with Antony Head booked for Sunday (number 26!), but my coach out of London is at 4pm so a little worried about timings for that!! Staying at a local Hostel with a friend - we're going to be cos-playing Amy Pond and Eleven! Hoping for some more Doctor Who guests too!!! Any advice for a newbie? Still trying to figure out everything from the posts on here! :)
