It was expensive but it was worth it - even with suffering major queue anxiety ( and leg ache - a chair or two wouldn't have hurt!) Managed to see nearly all I wanted to see and meet nearly all I wanted to meet - It required serious planning and getting there REALLY early and keeping a close watch on the watch! Nothing can compare to the thrill of meeting William Shatner - as a kid I watched star trek and never never did I think I'd ever meet him, he is and always will be a star trek legend! My biggest surprise was how NICE Scott Bakula is - and Kate Mulgrew put in the best Captain's talk of the lot ( sorry Bill) Yes there were a few things that could have been done better, and I'm sorry not everyone had a fantastic time but looking back at the whole experience I am soooooo glad I went as it will be something I will remember forever - after signing John Barrowmans backside I guess Scott Bakula will never forget it either

VQ and free talk tickets question. I'm attending with my wife but can we queue up to get VQ or talk tickets for 2 things at the same time ( one queue each) and get 2 x VQ tickets and talk tickets for ourselves? This would cut down our queuing time by half? Not trying to be greedy - we just want the 2 of everything we want to see but I'd rather spend my time immersing myself and being at the event rather than just queing for stuff - with 11000 people theres going to be enough of this queuing malarky already?

HI quick follow up question, if you've bought vouchers with a credit card but didn't get to use them for some or other reason can you get them refunded at the end of the weekend?

I'm going with my wife and we both have gold passes, but she isn't bothered about autographs, for the 6 in person autos that are randomly assigned each is there any way we can make sure we get 12 different guests ie no duplicates between us? Or is there a mechanism by which we could maybe swap with other attendees if we did have dupes?

If I have paid for individual captain photos and then a combo is announced - Maybe £250-£300. Would it be possible to 'trade up' so give up my individual photos to get this one? I'd love to get everything but being realistic I can't justify a whole month's wages on getting to the event , the autos and all the photosthen adding this one in as well! I got the individual as that was all that was on offer, but honestly a 5 captain with me too photo would be ALL I could desire so I wouldn't need the individual ones as well.
