I miss collector mania, always a favourite of mine. Hopefully they will bring it back sometime. For me the venue was great when it wasn't windy or raining.lol

You make vaild points, when you spend nearly £200 for a pass you expcept to be treated to some exclusive extras but if they issue too many of these passes out then whats the point?! Im still thinking whether I should get a pass in the future or not. I am hoping that this year was just due to Stan Lee attending and not part of a pattern.

I think overall Stan Lee part of the show should of been managed better. I keep hearing he is old which is fair enough but like with many things you have to manage peoples expectations. Have a limited photo shoot.... not have ticket 1200 and be disappointed. Signing should be pre booked - At least people would be disappointed at home and not when they have traveled great distances for a chance only to wait 8 hours or so and be disappointed. I was lucky and was able to get a photograph with him. Wasnt going to get a autograph as i knew this would happen. I feel sorry for everyone who has missed out.

The best bit for me was the orderly fashion of which the Stan Lee first photo shoot e.g. only 1-200, 200-250 etc... this made me a little bit better. Although did feel sorry for people will over 1k ticket number

Yep agreed with the above, takes away some of the enjoyment away when it gets like that.

I would get in as early as possible. I had early bird ticket and got in at 9.40hrs after q'ing for 40 minutes. Luckily they did stan lee photoshoots in number order and I had 200 so it was done within 10 minutes.

Agree with this, I was just focused on getting the stan lee photograph and getting out. lol

I agree with most of the above, the queueing was horrendous and it was as bad as it was on the outside as it was on the inside. Inside was so busy couldn’t really move, if there was a fire then only god knows what would happen. There didn’t seem enough staff to answer people’s enq, and not enough boards telling people information. Getting in seemed like a scramble and no order to it. To be honest I didn’t enjoy it today and won’t be coming to this particular convention again. I will be going to Milton Keynes.
