There have been a couple of posts today regarding posts being removed. As I said last night the moderators are not going to get into a discussion on pricing, and ask that people refer to the statement above. In respect of hidden posts, again Reylenth has covered the main reason why posts sometimes get hidden. Unfortunately some of these threads have a tendency to become an argument on pricing which we don’t want to get into on here, please remember that guests and their agents DO use this forum.

Whilst the mods are not going to be getting into a discussion on pricing, Reylenth has summed it up perfectly. Each guest, Diamond or not will be different, there is absolutely nothing to say that the premiums have gone up on Diamond guests. Ultimately these names are are in high demand, the package and the fees involved are set at what they are for a reason otherwise they quite simply wouldn’t be coming. In the case of Jason, since his last appearance he has been involved in some major projects and has even more to come.

We are pleased and very excited to announce that Apollo 13 astronaut Fred Haise will be making a very special appearance as Destination Star Trek.

Unfortunately due to work commitments Jonathan Frakes will no longer be joining us at Destination Star Trek. Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible. We hope to welcome Jonathan back to another show soon.

Unfortunately this is one of those wait and see questions that we can't answer, if there is to be a show in Liverpool it will be announced on here and on the social media.

I've always stayed at the Premier Inn Olympia and with the exception of poor wifi this year I've not had any issues.

Last update from the pre order site direct. "We are now back from LFCC and processing refunds for cancelled guests. We will start packing from LFCC on friday with the first batch going saturday. We will continue to ship for at least 2 weeks. Please do not email asking if your item has shipped until 21 working days of the show ending as it really slows things down. We will try to answer all non LFCC postage emails as soon as possible. "

Hi All, As we have had numerous posts requesting them we have decided to pin this one for info. Digital images tend to take up to two weeks after the event to go up, this is not a set rule and could take longer due to the sheer number of images taken at this show. A post will go up on here and on social media when these images are available.

Locking this here as this has been answered numerous times below. The general rule is it can take up to two weeks after the show, however it has been known to take longer on occasion. A post will go up announcing when they are released.

I have a couple of times and have always been happy with what I've got.

Facilities on site are nothing to do with Showmasters and are the responsibility of Olympia, a system like this won't be happening.
