  1. Here in the U.S. there are often celebrities in the vendor room selling photos and autographs. Some Star Trek and some other scifi related shows. Will there be a big dealer room at this show and would the same thing happen at the London show?
  2. Yes, I'll be there. Looks likes it's very close from the venue map. It is more expensive which might have put some people off. But it looks like the coolest hotel from what I can tell.
  3. HI, I am traveling from the USA for the show. Since I am a novice with the local currency in the UK I wanted to know: Will the autograph tickets and such being sold at the show be only a cash sale or can I use my credit card? If anyone knows the answer to this question, I would be appreciative of the answer. Thanks!
  4. I have to admit, I am suprised at how LOW the prices are. I go to a lot of shows here in the United States and the photo and autograph tickets are 3 times higher! I bought my platinum ticket thinking that the auto tickets would be a lot more. Still, very happy to have my autographs and seat at the talks guaranteed before I fly across the ocean! I have to say these shows are run very differently then the ones here in the US.
  5. I think he is retired. I was at the last Las Vegas convention last year when he said goodbye. He did a very personal presentation on his whole career and his voice broke as he said goodbye. Not a dry eye in the room.
  6. Help a fellow star trek fan from the USA... Just bought my ticket to the show but I havent been to London in 20 years.... If money were no object, what would the best place to stay near the show be? what would be the most fun? thanks for your help! mike
