I have a platinum ticket and received a ticket to exchange at box office, did receive 5 individual captains talk tickets and photo tickets I had purchased but the main pass that shows parties/stunt show/opening ceremony/captains autos/ 2 in person auto won't be sent out as value is too high according to see tickets who I received email from last week, here is copy of what they sent. Hello, We do not send the actual Platinum tickets in the post due to their value. What is sent to you instead is a ticket which advises you to exchange this for your platinum passes. When you collect your platinum pass you will also receive all the extras included with it. The only parts we will post out are the additional add-ons that have been purchased. Will there be seperate queues for entry relating to ticket type? When are people planning on starting to queue to get in?

I'm hoping all guess will be doing autos Friday if so hopefully can try get them all done then so not to cause more clashes Saturday and Sunday

I have 1 major clash so far which is Avery brooks talk on saturday 1000-1100 and photo shoot with Martok and Gowron which is 1020-1100 how do i go about this one??? Any help would be grateful

Why should children not be allowed or you not want to bring them? Maybe they could be fans too, should they be denied the chance to see something like this? I think not, if people want bring children good for them, these children help keep the legacy of star trek alive for future generations

Let's hope they do announce any more things soon or we will all be paying extra £1.60 transaction fee each time they announce something

This is my first ever con and I'm going alone except for Saturday as wife and son joining me so understand how you feel, sure there is going to be plenty in same situation

I have a question, those of us that have tickets that give us autographs like captains or the other guest autographs assigned us as part of package, when do we get to go for them? Do we have to get vq? Can we go anytime on any day?

Jason thank you for your post, I can see your thoughts and plans for guests but I would love to see more of the main cast from each of the series, since this is my first and probably only con ( due to how much this one is costing me) I'm attending.

I personally think that the opening ceremony and five captains talk should be open to anyone who wants to get a ticket for it, I personally have purchased a platinum ticket because I felt at the time it was the best ticket you could get othe than VIP which can't afford, I've had to borrow the money from my parents to get this ticket but I have no problem in every other person being allowed to attend these talks, if show masters say its because there is not enough seating because of number of gold platinum etc tickets then maybe they should have sold less of those so that those people who can't afford them but wish to buy talk tickets can attends, I fin it very frustrating that the goal posts are constantly changing and that something said on forum by mod or show masters them selves can change later, but what can anyone do about it, people have complained to show masters and nothing happenedx I find it disturbing that show masters haven't even posted on this forum for several weeks and the line of " they are all busy organising something else" is in my opinion a lame excuse
