Hey guys for the ones that haven't noticed before (thx to christa for pointing it out to us!) the hallowhedon 5 website is officially up http://massiveevents.co.uk/hallowhedon5/ Now we like the new color sceme (blue/orange) much better than last years (green/orange) so yay for that ...however, if you click on the "forums" link on the site, it links to the old hallowhedon 4 forum, not this current one ...just pointing it out for the moderators so that it can be corrected LOL we hope there are more guests to be added...but we're very happy with the fact that there have been so many guest announcements so early on in the year already :) hugs twinzz

they did mention at HW4 that (at least-) HW5 was gonna be at least 3 or 4 whedonverse guests and then others for fillers...so we don't necc. think it's a bad thing (eventhough we're wondering what exactly those fillers will be and from what show/when the official announcement of this news will follow so IN SE, HW5 will be the same as HW4 as in regards to number of whedonguests what we ARE worried about is the fact that if, in fact, they do attract more people (which was their goal as stated at HW4), will we not loose that sense of familial, small con feel? we're worried that numbers will add stress and poor organization (or..poorer) because more people is more problems. Also, now at HW people get to have that familial feel with the guests who can just run around amoungst everyone else and have a talk with them at a pub (running into nicky at the elevators anyone? haha-). We're slightly concerned that people might start feeling like they're on a factory treadmill just waiting in line all day (if that makes sense) which kinda would obliterate everything HW stands for that is...if numbers do swell and this doesn't backfire which would be equally bad because it wouldn't exactly be the runup for a HW6

also, check out the hotel rates as they are. We got into the HW4 con hotel much cheaper than the con hotel rates. Not only did we book earlier than most people who waited for the code, we also had a more discounted price :) = yayness for spending more money on the con itself instead of where you sleep

but not really because there's already plenty of those If you could give the organizers one word of advice on what to do different or what not to change (not included would be "don't change it into a non-whedon only event because we think most might feel this way) what would that tip be? this is something we'll think on for a while until we meet again, fellow conners

Seth Green only started doing cons again this year so it would be (we think) a european premiere if they were able to get him amber benson, felicia day, charisma carpenter, everyone from HW4, tom lenk, Alyson, we think, is under contract for HIMYM and the studios but we can dream

iyari limon is an absolute sweetheart (met her in 06), so eventhough we doubt she'd be willing to come we'd love to meet her again also, we don't suppose claire kramer counts as small guest?

okay, so we know she went to the previous hallowhedon and seemed to be of great liking to everyone... Also we weren't able to attend the previous HW we do know that she's been an awesome guest who's very open to meeting new people we would love to meet her so please amber benson at hallowhedon4 hugs twinzz
