As you will see on Saturday we have FREE guest encounters for every attendee WITH every guest attending Saturday
All attendees will be in one of 5 groups, there will be signs up at the event to let you know which group you are in, and which room your group will be in.
This group and room will be yours for that day. We will then bring each guest to you as per the schedule. And to reiterate all groups get to met all of the guests, so no group has any advantage over any other.
As usual if you find you are in a group away from your friends or family please let us know ASAP, and we will then do what we can to help.
The Anthony Lewis Guest Encounter on Sunday will also be by free raffle. If you wish to enter you simply ask at the reg desk and they will add your badge number to the list. Approx. 30 minutes before the GE the winners will be drawn from the list.
You will also see there is a double photo shoot with Kai and Gareth on Sunday, more details will be released on this soon, but to clarify it is NOT included in any package, it will be an extra.
The Kai and Gareth dual photo shoot will be priced at £20 for anyone who wishes to purchase it.

Hola everyone my name is Maria I was at hub 7 for first time and it was amazing!!
I wanted only to say Hello and introduce myself. I'm from Spain, 33 years old and i'm in love with Torchwood since juni 2011 that i've found it!!Love John Barrowman and David Gareth Lloyd and you all Torchwood fans you are all so wonderful people.
That's funny, I've also seen Torchwood for the first time in June 2011

I'm Sandra, just 36 years old and this will be my first Torchwood event and first convention at all!! I'm very excited.
And then it's my first journey on my own!
I'm coming from Cologne and will fly to London and drive with train or bus (haven't found the right yet) to Northampton.

I went from Spain with my best friend for the Hub 7 i didn´t know what i could find... what it was really AMAZING, I enjoyed it really, very much, the experience was UNIQUE, the crew was always so nice with me even when i couldn´t speak english so correct, the crew was always nice, nice, nice, i wanted to say thank you and i hope i can come again for HUb 8. I wanted specially from the crew to say A BIG THANK YOU to Kelly she was so nice friday and saturday with me, and i wanted to say her goodbye but i couldn´t find her on sunday, please tell her from me
Again thank you for all your work and effort and i hope to see all of you very soon again

Sorry that i write this so late but when the hub 8 was over i couldn't believe and i was so busy between classes and work.... now it is almost a month ago and i couldn't believe....
I'm from Spain and meet Torchwood is one of the best hapenned things in my life because of that i have met so awesome TW fans in facebook, in twitter.... and the hubs.....
i was at hub7 and 8 the hub 7 was amazing but the hub8 steal my heart it was the best weekend my life, thanks the ME/SM crew you are the best, thanks for having always pacience with me because my english, a big thanks to jodie she helped always and always kind and very nice, thanks to TW fandom you are the best people! all of you rock!! I will miss all of you!! 
Thanks so much to the actos, to the guest, meet John Barrowman, Kai and specially for me meet Gareth David Lloyd will stay with me forever
, it was amazing, i was teary at the end i really love Torchwood if someday the hub comes back i will be there.... of course!!I am from Spain but i love a sci fic brit tv-serie oh yes i do and i'm proud of it!!
