hi i appreciate amy has to cancel due to work commitments but i wondered what happens re the photo money which has been paid for her. i have had no refund and wondered when this was forthcoming as it was beyond my control can anyone advise. many thanks

its a shame he has cancelled but the bonuses r very good. the only thing i cud do to know still is photo sessions how much r they per guest so i can work out pennies and if wanting additional auto still to extra free sean one how much r those. can anyone tell me please?

hi everyone i dont have my tickets yet has anyone else had theirs alos as it been released re how much photos r with each guest and additional auto for eaxh guest sorting out the pennies so be helpful to now.

my email only arrived today and it didn't give any clue which convention it related to that would have helped at least.i was ridiculously searching the forums to find some announcement that happened yesterday. totally unhelpful and wasted my time looking for it. thankyou to the kind person who has put me out of my searching horror and frtustration.

hi can anyone advise me where i should be looking for this big guest announcement i got an email about its gone 7 and nothing seems to have been updated. who is it does anyone one which convention its for. so confused

this hotel as i have just found out as done this to me also. they changed my booked to someone called helen and dave which is definately not me or my female friend. they could not locate my reference number and subsequently the women transferred me to someone else, didn't have the courtesy to explain to this person why i was ringing nor to me that they were transferring me. incredibly rude and not even arrived at the the hotel yet. i have also paid in full and have proof of receipt for this. it appears from what i am told that there is a system error which is being sorted out if you have a certain surname. this does not help the people who have booked in good faith for this event. not full of confidence for fridays booking in process, the women who booked my reservation and emailed me confirmation is on site on friday and i have advised her that should there be a problem i will be insisting she comes to reception and sorts it out. so far not showing very much professionalism really. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD DEFINATELY RING AND CHECKING YOUR BOOKING IS SECURE AND MORE IMPORTANTLY CORRECT.
