I filled in a form on the Saturday but was told by one of the crew members that I didn't have to pay as I was waiting for the Adam Baldwin shoot and the afternoon Jeri Ryan shoot. I filled in the form at about 5.50 on the Saturday. Is this still the case, or will I need to pay? If I do need to pay, how do I go about doing this?

The guy who was organising the queue for photoshoot A on Saturday, he was loud and clear - I knew exactly where I needed to be for all my photoshoots at A (This was my first big convention and I was unsure how things worked). He then saw me in the photo collection area and told me where to find my Carl Urban photo (I must have looked rather lost!!). All the crew I had dealings with were lovely though, and I want to thank all the crew for a lovely event

Hi all, I'm so excited about coming to the event and getting the chance to come and meet everyone on the Fri with my friend. I'll be wearing a long sleeved, light blue t-shirt which has dinosaurs on it and says Masters of the inevitable betrayal on the front and Theirs is an evil laugh on the back!

Welcome on board. If you get to the hotel early enough on the Friday, why not pop round to the Pheasant and meet a few of us. I'll make sure she comes (even if I have to drag her kicking and screaming ) We're planning to get to hotel early to check out the area and find our feet

We're dressing up as Wash and Zoe during the day on Sat (we are very excited and have decided to do lots of dressing up- Wash and Zoe on saturday, gentlemen from buffy sat night and Adelle and Topher on Sun!!)

I was exactly the same!! Thankfully it was only the people in my team that were in the staff room at that point (they're used to me getting excited about things). Though when I explained why I was flapping my arms and squeeking it meant nothing to them as none of them are really into sci-fi. I can't wait for half term now XD 3 weeks is too long!

Welcome! Nice forum name :). Can you sing like Rachel Berry ? (sorry, just a fan of Glee, had to ask!) Great to have you with us this year. It will be amazing! I can't sing anything like she can!! (I'm bit of a glee fan too!) It's actually a nickname from high school (it's short for recipricated dilberry!) I'm getting more and more excited each day!!
