Very disappointed with the photos taken on Saturday (Jewel Staite, Adam Baldwin and Kevin Sorbo) - think they were all taken at photo area C. The lighting was absolutely appalling and everyone looked like absolute corpses! It wasn't very flattering for the guests , and Jewel Staite was the only one who.looked like she still had a pulse! I feel as if these particular photos were not worth the money I paid for them. All the photos taken on the Sunday were of a much better quality and were on a par with photos we had taken at Collectormania earlier this year and I was thrilled with the way they came out. The guy who organised the queue for the Anthony Head photo shoot was just awesome! He did a great job, everyone knew what was going on and where to stand and it all went really smoothly. Might I suggest that he teach a queue control class/boot camp for all new recruits crewing at these events? The lad doing the Adam Baldwin shoot on Saturday was worse than useless and we pretty much had to organise ourselves! He was flapping his hands and telling people to go away whilst they finished the previous shoot and all it took to get things under control was a clear instruction as to where people should wait. Once someone (a person waiting for the shoot, not a member of the crew) shouted loud and clear for the Adam Baldwin fans to wait to one side, everyone moved out of the way of the previous shoot and started forming a proper queue. The lad supposed to be in charge was more of a hindrance than any kind of help! On the whole it was a great event but some of the crew were just too ineffective when it came to asserting themselves.

OMFG! TAKE MY MONEY NOW!!! When are tickets for photo op going to be available?

I'd love to see Felicia Day (Buffy, Dollhouse, Town Called Eureka, Dr Horrible's Sing-a-long Blog, Supernatural) especially with her co-stars from her webseries The Guild (especially Robin Thorsen who plays Clara).

we was told there would be 6 freebies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You were told there'd be 'up to' 6. Cut back with the !'s please. That is a little disappointing. I guess I read the initial announcement to mean that there would the opportunity to get "up to 6 free autographs" from the friday night only guests, not that there would be "up to 6 friday night only guests". Still looking forward to it though!
