Well, looks like I've missed out on the feasible room prices because I took do long in organising time away. Anyone still looking for a roomie?

Hey, I've just organised being able to attend but tried to book a room and it only came up with an exec one! Needless to say, that's a bit much for me... Are there any other rooms becoming available or is that it?

I think it might completely backfire on the organisers. I wasn't there this year and have only really just found out about these changes and I'm already wondering if I'll actually go next time. If it is creating uncertainty of attendance amongst fans who were ready to go to the original format (I can't be the only one), it could lower attendance before ME could even think of building on numbers with the new concept. And, has been stated, I don't think many non-Whedon fans will be prepared to go through travel, accommodation and ticket prices just for one guest who isn't from the Whedonverse. Unless it was a truly amazing guest, which wouldn't happen anyway. Really a shame. I was so looking forward to going next year.

Not able to make it this time, but I'll get an absentee pack to support the con in the hope it'll be on next year! :)

That's the same problem, was a nightmare but they finally let me book with last years code although sm said it was the same, so I wouldn't get off the phone until I actually got a room I seems I got mine done rather easily in comparison to others here. Bloody Heathrow hotels. Plus, I had to put on my posh telephone voice so they could understand what I was saying as apparently Glaswegian is a different language Racists (Before anyone gets on my back, that last comment was a joke. Can't be too careful now!)

I booked mine today and the girl - after a wee bit of confusion - said the code was 1026SHO. May be worth trying that if the first one doesn't cut it with the staff.

After much nagging from frenchwhedonist, the room at the Rad is booked. Waiting for flights as I don't know where the hell I'll be in October - although the likely answer is still in Glasgow - and ticket level still to be decided dependent on guests. If it gets to, like, August/September time and the last guest isn't announced then a) that's just annoying, and b ) I might have to get the gold just-in-case seeing he/she will probably be the headliner.

Evidently, our Facebook conversation has prompted forum posts! There's a vote for Olivia from me..... as long as she's not there at the expense of Fran :)

I purely meant that instead of leaving booking things until later on I'd book the ticket sooner if these particular guests are coming. I love all the shows and I couldn't pick a particularly bad character out of the lot, so I'm sure it'll be great no matter who else they announce. Plus, I fear I may get into trouble for not turning up (you know who you are!). I met a lot of cool (and some not so cool ) people last time, so part of it all is meeting them again anyway. Hell yeah you better come!!!!! I'm really wondering who they'll get. Because even though Sean and Kristine are AMAAAZING guests, they're not headliners, they're just really good guests. I don't know who they'll get to make more people come. James would be really cool, he hasn't come in a while and he always makes a lot of people buy their tickets. I'm 95% certain of going - just some funds to work out. I was wondering about their headliner as none of my above-mentioned guests really fits the bill. Hmmm....

Already posted my most obvious ultimate guest (Eliza <3) but I've watched so much Dollhouse - as in the two series repeatedly back-to-back since I'm pathetic that way - and related footage, if Fran signed on I'd get my Gold ticket several seconds later. Same for Enver, but I've become a total Frangirl. I also add the to call for more non-Buffy and Angel guests after H3. Very B&A-centric, which is never a bad thing, but H4 would be amazing if the last two guests were from the wider 'Verse. I know Alan Tudyk was at H2, but he would really be awesome for those of us who were late to the Hallowhedon party.

Lol, yes, enver doing the impression would be so funny, having both would make my year! Both of them would make me reconsider missing HW4. Would be an amazing high to leave the UK on.

I reckoned Eliza was going to be a long shot anyway. Would love it if Enver was there, though. Or anyone Dollhouse-y, really :)

Having been watching Dollhouse all evening, my vote goes to Enver Gjokaj. In addition, of course, to the immensely wonderful Ms Dushku...

Yeah, I'd like to meet him. He did seem nice but he was always set up to fail as a character. Poor guy!
