    hey sam L) of couse we can have a weigh gain award all those who want this will have to make reports in this thread

    eat cream cakes and deep fried mars bars ect!

     

    today i weight again and the correct scale readin was 22stone 3 lbs so that meens that in a mounth i have lost 11 lbs :) and i have been really ill also so yay me! who else has lost sum weight

    oh nooo gotta do it the riht way and eat healthy stuff mate!
