Firstly this message is just for mr mod so please don't everyone else post. Can I just question why you closed my topic? I find it slightly unfair that you would do this as it is not as if the topic had got out of hand and nobody was arguing and no bad language was used. You probably couldn't care less but I have been attending showmaster events for years and have been posting on this board since the day it launched (over 3 years now) and find it completely unfair that the 1 time I post with a complaint about the show, you make it so my voice cannot be heard and close my topic. I know that this board is filled with people who will do anything for showmasters, long time showmaster associates, dealers etc so it is so hard for an outsider on here to stand a chance of winning an argument (although I do thank the people who posted in my topic and supported me, and it looks like I was not the only person who has a gripe with this dealer). This is the reason that myself and many other long time convention atendees stopped posting on these boards and build our own online community! Now I know you wont bother unlocking my topic and I know that I will never here from the dealer in question or showmasters on this issue, which is sad but true. Firstly your comments are all fair enough and I know nothing will come of it, I know showmasters and Craig are obviosuly tight. Now let me address the points raised - 1: You said the figure could have gone into my pocket, incorrect. As stated earlier I placed my left hand into my pocket and the right clenched the figure, and to add the jeans I was wearing were very tight and i could barely get my hand in let alone a figure as well! 2: Secondly yes he did accuse me of theft, how can you read everything I said and then say he didn't? The guy rushed around from behind his stall and confronted me to my face I was lost for words at this point and was not clear what was happening. Luckily my dad, mum and 2 brothers were there and they spoke for me, he just started saing "ok ok" he never once at this point apologised. We then all left, my mum just wanted to leave and we all went and sat on a bench inside the centre and I said I was gonna pop off to the toilet but instead alone I went to fanboys stall with the only intention to pick up their details so I could make a complaint. Only when Craig's co-worker was so rude and ignorant did I then walk around to Craig and let him know he upset me only to get his "Tough s***" attitude and for him to then call me a theif. 3: What is the point of an apology if it is clearly not meant? 4: I do not believe he loses hundreds of pounds of stock every collectormania, if so why do the show? On top of that I believe that the majority of people who attend this show and good honest people, am I wrong?

Lol, the hair will be gona next time I attend a showmasters event See this is what I thought and why I got annoyed. I could understand him suspecting me of stealing if I had walked away from the stall but the fact that I did not move! People can say that I should just let it drop, but it is the fact that he has lied that really gets me. For him to actually make up a story that he saw me put it in my pocket and then withdrew it when I was spotted is what gets me. Why say that? Why not just say I thought you was going to take it and made a mistake, but to lie so bad that's just wrong!

Lol how hillarious are these comments? I need to work on my body language? I was simply standing at this guys stall holding a figure in my right hand along with a burger king bag, my left hand was in my pocket trying to find a £5 note as I did not want to give the guy a £20 as it was a £2 figure, also I may not be the best person for you to try and give lessons on body language to considering that I have Tourettes Syndome! All I know is that one second I was laughing and joking with my younger brothers about this being the first heroclix figure i have purchased in ages (I always play with the same team you see and they complain as they are constantly updating their collections) then the guy begins shouting! As for what my Dad did, he did not raise a finger to the guy just simply his voice. He acted the way any father would in this situation, his son was being hassled by some guy and being accused of something he never done, and as for my Dad having less than christian attitude he may not be a devote baptist like I am but you will never meet a more caring man than my father he would do absoloutly anything to help others and constantly puts others before himself. Another thing is I do not know what you meen by you have trained with Craig before, is this a body language reading training class or something? Craig obviously is not a good judge of characters, because if he was he would know that a theif would not come back to the scene of the crime and ask for an apology, and would not still be upset days after the incident! Firstly I have only stated the facts in this thread and placed this here as I wanted to make others aware of this situation. There are plenty of threads for people to rejoice over what a lovely day they had this is just 1 thread where somebody wants to let people know that their day was anything but lovely. I have emailed showmasters but I have often emailed showmasters and got no reply in the past, the forum seems to be the place to post any gripes. I have also emailed fanboycomics.com although their email address they have on their flyers does not exist so I have used their one from their website.

This comment actually annoys me, as I have told the complete story, the only difference is in his version he will insist I tried to steal from him! Fair enough you say he is an ok guy, your opinion.

That's what I was doing, I simply went back to get the guys contact details so i could pass on a complaint to showmasters, but then when I said I want your details as I am going to make a complaint, the canadian blokes co-worker just shrugged his shoulders and pulled some face and that is what then made me speak my mind. I don't expect to ever get an apology from these guys not do I expect a responce from showmasters. Which is a shame though as I have attended showmasters conventions/fairs for years and have been a loyal customer. Lol, an eternity with that guy truly would be hell!

Warwick is a great bloke, a true gent. I am a huge fan of Willow and have been when I first saw it almost 20 years ago, and he is of course The Leprechaun in the movie series of the same name and what an amazing franchise it is Anyone who has never seen the leprechaun movies all I can say is...why not?

Thanks for that, I was not sure if it was his stall or the other guy's. He really came across as somebody who would not accept he was in the wrong, the moment he saw I was not alone and somebody on the thief and was there with my parents and 2 brothers he should have just made a polite apology. He may think he is something special but I think I had the last laugh with him and brought him down a notch. But even if I did get him wound up, it does not satisfy me as due to him I did not get to look around any of the stalls and I missed meeting Corey Haim, Corey Feldman and the main guest I was there for - Jenny Agutter. This is because I had late ticket numbers for those guests and thought while I wait we would have a look around the dealer stalls, but once this incident occured we just wanted to go home.

Yes she was lovely, she signed an 8x10 for me free of charge after she had signed my poster, which I thought was very nice of her.

It's just I meen I would not resort to violence or anything. And then when I went back I thought he may have had the sence to realise that a theif would not come back and demand an apology, but no he then had to come up with a story about that he actually saw me take up. I am always holding things in my hands that I intend to buy, that's just what you do when you are shopping. The guy just obviously has trust issues, the reason it has offended me so much is because I would never dream of stealing anything no matter how little it is.

Nah I never met Corey unfortunately, I had to leave before my ticket came up. Yeah maybe, may of had a bad weekend for trading and it had him on edge. Still no excuse.

yeah it was cool aside from the incident i had with a dealer called "fanboycomics.com" which I have posted about seperately.

God I just had to post here and say that there is a certain seller at collectormania whos company goes by the name "fanboy comics" and I have never met such horrible people before, infact these 2 idiots ruined my day. I was holding a small marvel heroclix figure in one hand whilst going through my other pocket pulling out some cash to pay for this £2 item. Next thing I know I here an american voice saying "take it back, take it back" I then looked up confused thinking I had missed out on a joke or something for this man's next comment to be "Do not be an spam it is only £2" I then realised this man was accusing me of stealing the item I then tried to explain and my 2 little brothers and dad defended me and the man backed away but was still seeming very arrogant. I then threw the figure down as I did not want to buy from somebody accusing me of stealing. I was very upset over this and quite shaken as I had have never stole anything in my life, I had around £200 in my pocket so was hardly worth stealing a 2 quid figure lol. I later went back a while after as I was worked up and felt an apology was due. I firstly went up to the other guy on the stall who was a old fat bloke and I asked for his contact details and he gave a flyer, i then explained reason why is I wanted to complain, the gorilla like man just shrugged his shoulders which I just could not believe. I then confronted the younger american man (think he was american) I eyeballed him for a moment and then asked him for an apology which he would not give, he came up with a story that he actually saw me put it in my pocket and then get it out when he realised, what bulls*** and all I can say is that I must be damn fast! I never made a movement once the man called me! I had a bit of a go at the guy and demanded an apology but I never raised my voic once, I didn't want to be nasty as the guy was shaking like a leaf and looked like he was about to spill his coffee everywhere. He apologied but I knew he didn't meen it, he thenadmitted he didn't meen it as I am a theif. I then made him apologise again, his pathetic words were laughable. I then told him that he had upset me and he began to raise his voice saying "You are upset? I'm upset, I am damn pissed off". I didn't want to raise me voice at him, as a christian I wouldn't justify that behavier and I decided to leave it where it was. I just hope the guy realises he has made a big mistake, why would somebody come back and want to talk it over if he had stolen something? But I think this guy has a screw loose or something and I just did not like his arrogant attitude. A few people were watching on and I apologise to anyone who may have witnessed this incident. I dont want to ever see these guys again, infact I will pay showmasters double the table rent that these dealers pay if they are barred! Ant

yeah i've met Ken Foree, Bill Moseley, Priscilla Barnes, Michael Berryman, Sid Haig, Leslie Easterbrook and DDP. So I have met many of the main cast, I think it would be very hard to get Rob and Sherry Moon Zombie over for a show. I think Rob is actually touring at the moment.
