Don't worry, if you rang up for tickets they are definitely booked. The e-mail confirmation is only for anyone who booked their tickets by e-mail and didn't speak to anyone on the phone.

Aawww. thanks guys! I'll make sure I share any chocolate with all the rest of the Showmasters team and anyone else who comes to chat to me at C4. (I'll be on the Organisers Booth ALLLL weekend!) As for the free gift, it will be something nice so don't stress yourselves over it. Just try to forget about it, then when you get it it'll be just like Christmas!

OK! All of the e-mail confirmations should have been answered now, so if you haven't had a reply to your booking can you e-mail or phone again. Also, the phone's have now gone quiet so if you were thinking of phoning now would be a good time. We will be around until at least midnight tonight taking bookings! As it stands at the moment, there are still tickets available for all of the screenings so there's no need to panic just yet. However the Saturday Fellowship and Sunday Two Towers is already half booked so I guess they will be the first to sell out. Oh, and before the phone rings again can I just say HI!! to everyone who phoned me tonight! You're all such nice people, and not scary at all! Well as it's gone quiet now, this could be a good time to order a pizza. I haven't had any dinner yet and we're all starving here at Showmasters towers!

We are getting pretty close to wrapping up the guest list, but there's still a possibility of a few more guests being added. As has been said before, the phone could ring anytime so nothing is cast in stone until the day of the event. (and even then sometimes there's surprises! Dom @ C3 anyone?) On the subject of photos with guests, this is a subject we have covered before. Basically we understand it is a sensitive issue, we want everyone to go home with a big happy grin on their face but it really is a balancing act between allowing people as much time with a guest as possible, and allowing as many people as possible to meet them. As a guide, we would usually only stop photos later on in the day if it became obvious the queue wasn't maving quickly enough. I hope you understand we're not being mean, it's just a tough call that sometimes we have to make. K
