  2. I haven't seen anything to specify that contactless is now available so I'm assuming it will still be cash only at the desks. Begin, my frequent trips to ATMs this week....

  3. Thats the way I read it too. You could see Christopher Lloyd there. Not he will be there.

  4. At one point, they seemed to say his only planned UK appearance, which I interpreted as this year, but I'm sure a more recent email or post said it was his last planned UK appearance and it didn't say 'this year' so I interpreted that as...full stop. He is 83 so he may find that travelling abroad is becoming too much and limit himself to US cons only.

  5. I know the photo you mean and its actually from "The Greatest Show in the Galaxy", during the asbestos scare that nearly closed down production, as for Troughton he's spawned a family of actors, from what i know two sons and two grandsons are both actors, hell i loved Sam Troughton in Chernoybl, i was shocked when i realised it was him. and for the overlap the ones that come to mind are, Carmen Silvera appeared in two stories "The Celestial Toymaker" and "Invasion of the DInosaurs" before becoming Edith Atrois (that stupid woman), Hillairy Minister appeared as Marrat in "Planet of the Daleks" before becoming a nameless Thal in "Genesis of the Daleks" which also featured Guy Siner as Ravon, the two would become General Von Klinkerhoffen and Lieutenant Gruber respectively, John D.collins appeared in "Arc of Infinity" around the same time he was cast as Fairfax, David Rowlands who played the Doctor in the final few series of Allo Allo was Bisham in "The Sun Makers", Richard Gibson did two audio stoires for Big finish those being "Flip Flop" and "Warlocks cross" and i just found out Arthur Bostrum was in "Scarday Cat" what a good Moaning that was to find out.

  7. As a side note to your 'Allo 'Allo, Doctor Who overlap, there is a photo of the two casts mingling outside during a fire drill, I want to say during Remembrance of the Daleks off the top of my head. Whilst not quite the same as what you are meaning. It's still a snapshot of the the shows. I'll see if I can find it

  9. I'm sure there will also be people wearing them out of respect for those attendees who are "vulnerable and not as immune". Because we're not all selfish and irresponsible are we?!

  10. I’ll be wearing a mask, but I expect to be in the minority. I still wear one in the shops and on public transport. I’m not particularly worried about Covid (I’m triple jabbed) but I haven’t had a cold in over 2 years and I’m not in a hurry to catch another one.

  11. I have to admit that guest-wise, it's been - for me personally - the weakest LFCC line up since I started going. I've got only a handful of guests so far (only auto's): Clark Gregg, Elizabeth Mitchell, Grand L. Bush, Robbie Coltrane, Omid Abtahi, Zoë Wanamaker, Frances Lee mcCain, Royce Pierreson Dorian Kingi and Sam Humphrey are maybes, same with Amy Bailey as I won't be staying an extra day in London for just 1 guest (if no other interesting Sunday only guests are announced).
