Ghost Light- I've seen this one many times, mainly just to get my head around the story. It is rather complex and may require multiple viewings to fully understand and appreciate, and I love things like that because it makes me want to go and watch it again to allow me to understand it. The dialogue is excellent, and the supporting cast are wonderful. I love what is done with the character of Ace in this story, and we get a greater glimpse of the darker side of McCoy's Doctor in this story as well which is brilliant. This story is worth watching for the performances from those two alone. The costume and set design is also excellent. I also really like the atmosphere and score. The script is intellectual and never panders to the audience, and as such it feels like it has a more mature tone than previous stories from this era. Due to the short run time this story never drags at all. Overall- 9/10. This story is a hugely under rated gem. I found that it really clicked more with me after watching it for the second time, and every time I watch it I love it even more.

Sorry - I keep asking the Office, but the only info I keep getting is that it's still being discussed. It is in the Crew handbook and it is being pointed out at the Crew briefings in the morning. Unless every volunteer gets a Supervisor that is all I can see being feasibly done. As Raylenth has said, such issues can easily be solved at the Show by talking to a Pit Boss.
