You are receiving a physical ticket. nothing to pick up. Then why do I have an e-ticket telling me to show that on the door when all my tickets will arrive by post? By default all tickets bought through the eventbrite store are sent an e-ticket, whether that is what is needed on the day or not. The diamond passes are the only type of ticket which is sent out by post, everything else IS on the e-tickets. Exactly. It's the default wording. How does it work with diamond? How will I know if my photoshoot is Saturday or Sunday? I have entry tickets for both days, do I just show up Saturday with e-ticket and they will give me an envelope with all my passes for the weekend? I booked at 19:01 so will I have a low number for the autograph or will that depend on what time you arrive on the day? Thanks :)

Very annoyed!!! Just rushed and bought my diamond pass as you said you were ONLY selling diamond passes for this guest! Now I find out I could have just bought a photoshoot! Can I get a refund on the diamond pass and just buy a photoshoot? You lied!

I went to ET 1,2 and reluctantly 3 - refused the last 3 due to lack of guests. whilst i understand that a lot of people go purely for the the whole wkend, I am really only interested in the guests as they made it for me at ET1 i was disappointed with the rest of it to be honest, i even told massive events this and i got a really rude email back. At the end of the day its the quality of guests that sell tickets, and they know this because ticket sales are getting much slower and at every convention they give us a speech how the next one will be bigger and better than before and the guests will be BIG.. it has never happened! I'll probably get a mouthful for being honest or my post will be deleted but that just shows they know i'm right. I also emailed E1 Entertainment to find out if the announcement about becoming official was true but i am yet to hear back.. I agree with everything you just said!

I have to admit after the disappointing guest list at ET6 me and my friends swore that would be our last ET (and we've been to all of them!) but then Showmasters assured us it will now be the official Twilight convention and promised us BIG guests! So we broke our promise to each other and all bought tickets for ET7. Now months later and it's still NOT official and the 3 guests announced so far are not what I would consider BIG guests. I'm just being honest, so please don't hate on me. Just hoping a big guest gets announced soon otherwise this will be our last one (for definite this time) and that would be sad.
