Thanks ringzpm. I didn't know Joe came with his wife. I did wonder why he had to go to London. It's a shame he likes to have a beard, cuz he does hide his lovely face rather a lot. I wonder if his wife likes it?

Thanks for the advice. I've always said that if I ever got back on a plane, I would need to be practically unconscious! The trouble is, I wouldn't want to go on my own (even though I'm 39!!). I would want to take my 9 year old with me, so being knocked out isn't an option. I dunno. I really do want to see Joe again, but flying

I know what you mean. You idolise someone for years and then when your dream comes true and you actually meet them, you can't say anything. This convention has made me want to go to another convention to see Joe again. Trouble is, they probably won't be in this country. I am absolutely terrified of flying and haven't been on a plane for over 20 years, but I'm so desperate to see Joe again that I'm determined to get over the fear!

Thank you very much for your reply - it did help. I had a guest encounter with Joe, but was too shy to actually ask or say anything. I just sat and stared at him I've put him on such a high pedestal for the past 5 years and because I didn't have the courage to speak to him, I suppose I just wanted reassurance that his personality is just as lovely as his looks Thanks again.

I know it's been a couple of weeks since the convention, but I've only just managed to get online! I was just curious about what Joe was like to work with for the crew. Us fans just see their "public face".

I'm in Group 12, which is the last group scheduled for signing with Joe on Sunday. I've already been told that I can use my husband's standard ticket to get another autograph from Joe, but when do I have to get this? Do I get both at the same time, or do I have to queue up again after the group's finished? Also, my group's scheduled to get Colin's autograph at 9am on Saturday. If I'm not able to get to the convention in time, will there be a chance later on to get his autograph? Sorry for all the questions I keep asking. It's my first convention, I'm extremely nervous and just want to make sure I know what I'm doing

I've just seen the schedule of events and am totally confused. What on earth is a guest encounter?? Is it like an animal encounter, you get to stroke the guest

My husband and I have both got standard tickets. He's not bothered about getting autographs (he's only coming for me, bless him!). After I've got my autographs, will it be possible for me to use my husband's standard pass to get his autograph from Joe? Also, my 9 year old son's coming too. Although he's not getting any autographs, will he be able to come with me when I get mine? Thank you. (As you can tell, I'm a complete convention newbie )

Hi. I've never been to a convention before and was just wondering 1. Do the guests mingle with the crowd, or do you just get to see them when getting an autograph/photo? 2. Do the guests go to the parties in the evening? Thanks a lot.
