I think that all of this petition and sending letters stuff is potentially a good idea. However, as the OP stated, we don't actually know whether Taylor will be replaced or not. A rumour is just that, a rumour. I don't know where it started, but I do know that we live in a day and age where rumours get passed from website to website, and into the printed and televised press, and suddenly become a fact. I do think there's no harm in letting Summit know how you feel - but only when there is further confirmation. Otherwise, it may be a wasted effort. But, like I said, I think it's good that you all are standing up for what you believe in. (I repeat that just so it doesn't seem like I'm being negative at all). :)

I think that it might actually benefit Twilight to be compared to HP. After all, HP has been phenomenally successful, and if Twilight gets a few fans off the back of that, that's gotta be a good thing, right? Plus, I don't think there's any way that Twilight will get close to HP's success. I just don't believe it's possible.

With the release of the official poster and the first official trailer, coupled with the fact that we only have to wait two more months until the start of Season 5, I thought I would start this thread. Simply... what are you hoping for from Season 5? What do you want to happen or what do you think will happen? Personally, I'm a little worried that all of the couplings we have loved over the last 4 seasons (Ben and Locke; Sawyer and Jack; Sawyer and Kate; Sawyer and Sayid; Jack and Juliet; Juliet and Sayid, etc) have been split. But I think the signs look good. And I trust TPTB implicitly, so I know that they will do a good job.

Woooo! I can't wait! I'm just hoping that we don't have to wait too long in the UK. I would guess that it'd be Sunday, January 25th for us Brits... but Sky may do what they did with Prison Break, and air it here the day after the US, to prevent loss of viewers through internet downloads. And that would be so awesome...

I absolutely love it, both as a Lost fanatic and a Media student! I think the split down at the middle is interesting, because it obviously represents the split between the island and the off=island... but the fact they're side-by-side reflects the fact that the two stories will be running concurrently. Someone pointed out somewhere else (DarkUFO) that Kate and Sawyer are bothy looking towards one another, showing maybe that neither wants to be where they are... I also like how Locke seems to be in the middle, almost like he's present in both times. Oh, and I love how the sky starts off all the same and then becomes two pictures. Oh, and I love the slogan too. I get way too excited over these things...

I think Brea Grant would be a fabulous guests. In all the interviews I've seen, she seems very chatty and very amiable, something we all hope for in a guest. She says she can't send autographs to people individually but would love to do so at an appearance - indicating that she does do them. She's playing a key role in Heroes season 3, and as such she'd be a perfect guest! :)

Why not incorporate the Terminator movies as well? People like Michael Biehn and Linda Hamilton perhaps... would be amazing!

Was tempted to say Dexter, but I don't think that would work, so I said Harry Potter. A House, MD / Grey's Anatomy con would be interesting, but I dunno how popular it'd be. And a Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles would be good; how about doing a "Terminator" Con, with stars from the films and the TV series? That would be so amazing. :)

I met him. He seemed happy to meet people, probably because I often saw him with no-one. Not overly chatty, but friendly enough, and posed for a picture with me. :)

Does anyone know how long it takes for these autographs (which have been ordered through MSPG) to arrive? I couldn't go on the Saturday, so I pre-ordered Peter Davison. :)

Wondering if this guy is on the forums? He squared up to the cyberman, as did other guests... The Cyberman squashes a teddy bear. It was hilarious! More to come soon (maybe!). :)

Didn't go to see him, mainly because of the price. But I was astonished to see that he was open queue at half 2!
