Hopefully the reunion will feature a few bigger names like Frank Oz, Mark Hamill, BDW and Anthony Daniels. Even rare BTS names like Gary Kurtz, Lawrence Kasdan etc would be cool. I just have a bad feeling that it will be those named so far, with 25 non speaking, very minor people who wore prosthetics, charging 15 quid each !
Wanted : Kris Kristofferson, Anna Paquin, Victor Garber, Adam Baldwin, Michael Ironside, Tanya Roberts.

Lost guests - especially John Terry, Michael Emerson and Terry O'Quinn.

LOTR Guests - especially Bernard Hill, Sala Baker, Ian Holm, Hugo Weaving and Peter Jackson.

There's something wrong with the world today. I don't know what it is. Something's wrong with our eyes.

I wouldnt mind meeting Denis Lawson, I dont know if he does signings but would defently pay £15 to meet him.

As for others, I have heard that Anthony Daniels wont do signing events with Kenny Baker, no idea why but that could mean he wont be attending C6 and at a recent event in the US Mark Hamill did a siging but was charging $100 so I would hate to think how much he would want if SM got him as even though I might be tempted to pay the high price I know alot of others who wouldnt.

$100 for Hamill is a bargain. If Showmasters could pull that one off Id have eternal faith in these events.

Id really like to see some bigger names added to that list though. It has the potential to be really good or terribly bad. Or maybe just one big name to headline it Id settle for, like Carrie.

But 25 more places can be easily filled without calling upon big names, and that is my worry.
Hey ho, lets go

Exactly!

I can pay 100$ or more for meeting Hamill, same thing for Denis Lawson and Ian McDiarmid. Ya know, they are so rare!!!

Could always try and get Denise Lawson's autograph for free if you went and waited where they film Holby City  :D

$100 for M Hamill who lost his career over 2 decades ago?! WTF?! If you spent a long time talking to him and he bought around at the pub maybe. The only good thing I saw him in after ROTJ was an episode of The Outer Limits.

I'm afraid that when it comes down to it, very few people will pay £70 for anyone's signature.

It's all very well saying, "yeah, I'd pay $100 for Mark Hamill's signature. But in the cold light of day, are you really going to hand over THAT amount of cash for the messy squiggle of an actor who had a 5 year career?

I don't about anyone else on here, but I don't earn a huge amount, and I can make £70 go a long way.

It depends, £70 is a lot, maybe £50 Id stretch to it. But Im sure I saw dealers selling Hammils auto for £65-£95 anyway, so it would surely be cheaper than that to get.

Its not about the career as a whole, if youre a fan of the films then you want the big stars, and Hammil is the lead character.

Now, if they could get Harrison Ford...hoho

Hamill auto from the reliable SW dealers are around 100$, or 70$ directly from his agent.

Dont be fooled by all the fakes on the market...

Paying for being at a con has never made a dealer reliable

But well there are some trusted dealers out there, but u can never be sure! The only good way is to obtain them in person or from reliable guys who obtain them in person, or from private signing.

No way I pay for an auto if Im not 200% sure. I will never put an unsure signature on my walls

PS: Always know what u buy...

I don't understand how any one could justify charging that amount for their auotgraph. I wouldn't go over £20 for anyone

why not?

I paid £55 for a signed Roger Clemens baseball card on eBay. I paid £40 for an Alex Rodriguez card on there too, and would be willing to pay up to £100 for a Barry Bonds autograph.

All are top competetors in their sport, and whos autographs will increase in value over time. I also paid £50 for a Nolan Ryan signed photgraph from him, again because he is a baseball legend.

If you really want something, youll pay the going rate for it. We're not talking about minor LOTR stars here, this is the big time! People pay thousands for some autographs, I know if I had the cash I spend out big money to get a signed piece from someone like JFK.

I effectivley paid £45 for Carrie Fishers autograph last summer at a signing event she did in London. It was £20 to get in then £25 per sig. I have to admit the people that ran it were so unpleasent and their were all the rules about no photos no personalisations etc that the whole thing left a bit of a nasty taste, as a result the auto really doesnt mean as much as it should.
