Another Space: 1999 guest from Series 2. Excellent!
To everything that was.
Just the thing...to keep the cold out. It won't be long now.
Whatever it is, I just hope it's interesting.

I'd love to say how good a guest it is, but I have only recently got into Space 1999 with the Blu-ray release from Network, and they've yet to release season 2.  So unfortunately I don't know these characters yet.

As far as I know Network is not going to release season 2 in bluray format (although they included the first episode as a bonus in season one). The same company released season one DVDs five years ago but no season 2 either. The only chance is the "old" Carlton DVDs.

It is also available on iTunes, as well as from other regions - the American season 2 release is much better picture quality than the UK one.

Dastor only appears in three of the final four episodes, and I always thought it was a real shame it took them so long to find him. He (and Alibe Parsons) seemed to fit right in, much better than one or two other recurring actors in that second season.

So we now just need Catherine Schell, Zienia Merton, Nick Tate and John Hug, and I'll be happy.

True! For the American market A&E did a good job for season 2.
I wouldn't mind also Christopher Penfold and oscar winner sfx guru Brian Johnson.
