Hi there,

I am from Germany and I must pick up my Tickets directly at Excel, right? The Convention will start at 2 pm on Friday. When will the ticket corner open and what is the best time to pick up the tickets, so I don´t want to queue many hours?

Thanks!

Actually I have the same question for the saturday..
D.S.T.L. was Great!

Friday @ Opening Ceremony =
Our chair was a bit in the back, but never the less... I saw her on stage! (meeting Kate first)

Saturday @ Photoshoot Time =
Queue was long (was present @ the queue around 17.20, photo was taken around 18,45) , my number was 666, choke her hand & said "Hi" *flits* (meeting Kate second)

Sunday @ Guest Talk Time =
her talk was very nice (perhaps talking to Kate third)

this hasn't been confirmed yet, but the times will definitely be posted before the show starts.

Generally it's best not to arrive first thing when the ticket counters open, going from other past shows the crowds are biggest then.

*Knowing you don't have a schedule yet*
Then I hope the photograph are not planned first thing in the morning :D  I cannot come into the building yet

Oh btw: maybe you do know this: when you have bought the saturday/sunday standard ticket, do you have to pick up your tickets twice?
I mean the saturday ticket saturday and the sunday tickets sunday? Or do you receive them both at once

Coming from the USA, I would also like to know where and when tickets will be available to pick up.

I have gold passes for all three days so, do I get them all on Friday?

How does it work?

I have tickets for Sunday only and some time ago I asked if I could pick them up when I arrive in London the day before, on Saturday, (I stay at Ibis ExCel-Docklands). I was told there are no problems with that. The more tickets you can pick up at once the less queuing for the show so only benefits.

If that's the case, I'll try it on friday.. See if the tickets are ready for pick up then.

Going on normal events, you pick up your gold pass when you go in. You only have to collect once for all days.

Got this answer today from Seetickets Customer Care, for my case only going on Sunday. I asked if I could pick my tickets up the day before (Saturday) in the afternoon when I arrive in London by air:

"Your tickets will be available for collection on the Sunday as this is the day you are attending. Please ensure you provide the purchasing card and reference numbers when you go to the box office."

Kind regards

So, that question solved for me who is going on a single day.. and for all of us that have to pick up the ticket on site.

It's not sure if I can make it on Friday, but I got the 3 Day ticket. Could I still pick up my ticket on Saturday?

I have the "3 days" ticket, so I presume that I will pick up a "unique" ticket on Friday,  valid for Friday_Saturday_ Sunday.
Am I correct ? thanks for your answer.

What if I do not have the actual card the tickets were charged on?

In my case, it is a credit card that I used for security reasons on the internet. I don't normally carry that card.

What if a different person purchased your tickets for you as a gift and the card belongs to someone else? I have my reference numbers, but I won't have the purchasing credit card.

Most ticketing companies in this country will insist on the card (and often the card holder) being present to prevent fraud - any questions related to issues with that should be directed to SeeTickets I guess for an official answer

I asked that SeeTickets and they told me if the tickets were purchased by someone else you need a letter of authorisation and have to provide ID of the cardholder and you need the card (or a copy of course).

I posted their answer here: http://showmasterson...4
