We are currently working our way through all the previous orders and refunding any photo tickets for cancelled guests. These refunds will go back onto your credit/debit cards automatically so you don't need to do anything to obtain one. We have already started on the refunds and we hope to have them all finished by the end of next week. The following guests' photo shoots are being automatically refunded: Norman Reedus Anthony Michael Hall Tim Russ Robert Duncan McNeill James Cosmo Tickets for guests who rescheduled to another event will need to be posted back to us for a refund, as some refunds/exchanges have already been done at previous events. These guests are: Laura Vandervoort Elise & Electra Avellan (tickets are also still valid for their appearance at EMS in October) You can post these tickets back to us at: Showmasters Ltd PO Box 5773 Milton Keynes MK 10 1AS Please make sure to include your order name and/or order number so we can trace your original order and complete your refund.
