Just a quick update about the ongoing refunds for photo shoots.

We are currently working our way through all the previous orders and refunding any photo tickets for cancelled guests. These refunds will go back onto your credit/debit cards automatically so you don't need to do anything to obtain one. We have already started on the refunds and we hope to have them all finished by the end of next week.


The following guests' photo shoots are being automatically refunded:
Norman Reedus
Anthony Michael Hall
Tim Russ
Robert Duncan McNeill
James Cosmo


Tickets for guests who rescheduled to another event will need to be posted back to us for a refund, as some refunds/exchanges have already been done at previous events.

These guests are:
Laura Vandervoort
Elise & Electra Avellan
(tickets are also still valid for their appearance at EMS in October)

You can post these tickets back to us at:

What about refunds for talks at LFCC?

I'm glad to hear the photoshoot tickets for Norman Reedus will be refunded but what about the talk tickets.  I got two talk tickets and one photoshoot ticket so it would be helpful to know when I can expect a refund.  Thank you ��

Regarding the talk tickets who knows!! I went to the org booth on the day about the talks and got told to feed back on here or via email. I have emailed but go no response so far, I have asked on this topic but got no response and I tweeted showmasters today when they announced this topic but got no response.

I'm hoping they are just busy rather than ignoring this issue. I imagine there is a several few hundred people in same boat as me as nobody is going to pay for talks they can't hear.

Once I hear back about Showmasters position on talk rfunds I will make an announcement on here for others benefit as well :)

Not to worry about making an announcement, as you can see by Jasons multi posts in different forums for this topic, the office will make an announcement in the LFCC forum  if one needs to be made, so that those it is relevant to will see it.

This and the other Jason Threads are in regards to the Refunding of Tickets for Shoots and Talks of Guests that where unable to to attend, Not for those who where not satisfied with the Talks at the event.

we are working on this and i just want to say thank you to everyone for being patient with us , we had a much bigger demand for tickets for this years LFCC and it did take us by saprise and we had a lot of catching up to do before and after the event , but i just want to let everyone know we are getting on top of it and everyone will get whats owed to them and thank you for your understanding and time on ths matter .

Hi Jason, I'm a bit concerned as the card I used for the AMH photoshoot has since expired as I ordered it so long ago, will the refund still go through ok?

Except she's tweeted that she won't be able to attend due to it being the same time as her sisters wedding. There could be a confusion over dates of course and nothing is confirmed until SM announce it but it's causing much concern and confusion in the EMS area of the forum.
