Photos is easy.

There will be a schedule posted on here. There is different photoshoot areas. Go to the photoshoot area where your shoot is taking place at the time posted. Show the crew member working there your ticket. He will show you the line. Walk on in the line until you are in the photo area. Your photo will be taken. It is ready for collection about three hours later.

For autographs you walk in and look for the table with a poster with the guest's name over it. The more popular guests will be on the so called Virtual Queue System. That means there is a crew member standing at the table handing out tickets. Those tickets are a slip of paper with the guest's name and a number on them. There is a sign near the guest's line that will tell you which numbers have been called. Once your number has been called you get in line. You can go any time after your number has been called. If you have ticket 100 you can not go when tickets up to 50 have been called. But you can still go when tickets up to 200 have been called. About half way down the line there will be a table where you pay for your autographs. You will be given a receipt. You can also pick up a photo to get signed. Proceed in line until you are at the guest's table and give the picture and the receipt to the crew member sitting with the guest. They will hand it to the guest and you'll get your autographs.

For some guests you just get in line and wait and pay the crew member sitting with them. But this is not going to happen with Holly and Brian.

Sometimes there are double photo shoots announced where you can get your photo taken with two guests. Nothing has been announced for Holly and Brian so far. So at the moment this is not possible.

If you order your entry tickets and photo tickets through the online shop they are sent to you.

The first link you posted is the Showmasters Pre-Order service. The prices are a little higher because they collect the autographs for you and send them to your home address. If you want to collect the autographs yourself you will have to buy them on the day at the event. There is no way at the minute to buy autograph vouchers in advance (except for Jeri Ryan)

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi.. i'm here again.. with an big problem and other questions XD

I'm sorry... i know :(

The questions are:

What is the ticket for talk with Holly Marie Combs??? This mean make quastion to Holly or talk face to face?? and can i buy this there?

the autograph includes the dedication? or i can just get a signature?

and ...

How many seconds we have to say two words to the guests during photos or autographs?

I mean .. You can tell guests something, like how important to us, or give them a gift or not?

And now the problem ...

I bought the tickets but have not yet arrived.

I'm leaving Wednesday (Thursday for London, but i not go from my city so i go before reaching the airport for departure) I try to go at post office (I've addressed the ticket there so they arrive first) and tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and Wednesday (if i go in the afternoon) but if not arriving?

How does it work? Who should I talk about them?

I've printed out the email confirmation of tickets ... this applies as if they were the tickets? or show it at someone who gives me tickets?

Help please!!!

The talk tickets are for a Q&A session where Holly will be on stage and the audience can ask her questions. Tickets for this will be on sale at the sales desk until they sell out (if they sell out, they may not).

If a guest is doing dedications then the autograph price includes this - if a guest is very busy they might not have time to do them.

The autograph sessions you will have a few moments to say hello, and if you have something you would like to tell a guest this is the time to do it. If you want to give them a gift, the autograph session is also the place for this. The photoshoot is literally 'step into photo, photo is taken, step out of photo'.

If your tickets have not arrived before you leave, bring your confirmation email and speak to crew on the day.
