I know its not rated as highly as the original but I always liked his version of the 39 Steps the best!

It´s a pity,that I can`t visit Autographica in Birmingham(unfavourable flying connections from Stuttgart).

It's a shame we haven't invented means of transport to get between big cities these days.. It's as if buses and trains are far off dreams in our imaginations... One wonders how folks manage to get to shops/families without planes/airports right next door..
But as for Mr Powell...? Jesus Christ that's a good call!

Excellent!
C3 was fab, C4 stunning, exploded at C5, ate too many dairy milks @ C6...and then, too many BLTs @ C7! Hmm... *sensing a theme here* err, C8 was sminty...C9 flinty...C10 pleenty *um* C11 :-) ...C12 Shanks -y ...C-Cov hotdogs & Ernie... etc (fast forward 8 years of many highlights, SM/ME shows and Autographicas)

He was also in the Tommy movie with Roger Daltrey. He truly is one of the greatest British actors.
