I didn't really think it through. I think it's 'cause I'm amazed some places in UK stay open so late or in some cases 24hrs. Anyway, you're right, I shouldn't eat so late at night......that's how I put on weight. Need to think healthier. Plus I have my 9 yr old son with me...think I'm just overplanning 'cause I'm bringing him for a change xx Thanks for the answer guys x

It is a huge Asda anyway, but usually the Cafes always close earlier.

But as they say, there are always lots of food options in a supermarket, on days out I have often gone in and got cooked chicken and rolls for my boys :D

Even if you are hitting the parties, you'll have a few hours between close of event and them, so plenty to wander the less than 5 mins to Asda or even closer to the fast food places, or even inside the hotel, to grab something.

Oh and if you are staying in the hotel at the stadium, the rooms (doubles at least) have fridges. So you can store quite a few food choices in your room :) Such as sandwich stuff and fruit and milk and whatever.

Yeah as the stadium is out of the way, it's not like there are mnay people other than  attendees at the food places over the weekend. So there arnt many 'normies' to scare lol

Asda is a different story, more normal customers lol But again, nobody really cares.

It goes to show the Dark Side of the Force was strong with them :)

At least they'd of been served promptly lol. Mind you, I'm sure the staff at Mc Donalds would be used to such iconic comings and goings.

Likewise :) At one point there was a guy there playing a Star Wars kinect(?) game and he had his Lightsaber with him, (this was around 5:30 so it wasnt as busy) so I put down my stuff got out my one and we had a Lightsaber battle right then and there, it just felt sooo right and afterwards we both agreed that:

"It had to be done."

Can't wait for next year - I think with all the rave reviews its had people will be wanting to do it again.

Haha, the first CM event I did was my first event. I remember going in Asda with my mum and looking down the isle to see The Doctor hurrying about with a sandwich.

Was most surreal. I think Darth Vader was marching about too.

The Asda restaurant doesn't stay open very late if I remember, however, I had an excellent meal at the restaurant inside the Doubletree. I was nervous that it would be really costly, but was quite reasonable. I also had lunch in Asda with 3 Dr Who's and a couple of Klingons, to the amusement of the shoppers.

I can't eat any of the food in the stadium or fast food joints (well i can eat in Maccy D's if they specially cook something for me but I don't like asking when it's really busy) because of medical reasons so I'm used to planning my meals in advance.
As Asda is open 24 hours, except for Sunday, it may be a good idea to pick up and few bits for lunch before you go into the stadium. Pre-packed fresh fruit and salads are good. If you can eat them sasuage rolls or cheese and onion rolls are good and there's always the good ol' prepack sandwich.

If you have time in the day or In the evening there's loads of nice places to go in Central Milton Keynes, (the shopping centre area.)
