Season 2 is an improvement on season 1 in some ways (am about halfway in) - although it's extraordinarily predictable. But Norman is definitely the best part. Have got a lot of time for the character, and his portrayal.

No one can guarantee personalisation before an event I'm afraid. All depends on how busy he is etc. You will just have to see on the day. It's certainly possible.
As for there being Charmed photos - as it was only a small role, I'd try to bring your own pictures.
