Question... A "what if" situation.

You buy a ticket (does not matter which one) and (on of) the guest(s) is/are cancel his/hers appearance on the event. How does it work? "Just bad luck"?

Ofcourse I sure do not hope so it will happens, but it's keep on crossing my thoughts..
D.S.T.L. was Great!

Friday @ Opening Ceremony =
Our chair was a bit in the back, but never the less... I saw her on stage! (meeting Kate first)

Saturday @ Photoshoot Time =
Queue was long (was present @ the queue around 17.20, photo was taken around 18,45) , my number was 666, choke her hand & said "Hi" *flits* (meeting Kate second)

Sunday @ Guest Talk Time =
her talk was very nice (perhaps talking to Kate third)

in the terms and conditions it says stuff about refunds only if there are changes to headline acts/guests - so I assume this means that if one of the 5 captains can't make it a refund will be an option

But I'm sure an actual admin person will clarify for you xxx

If you are talking about a photoshoot or specific talk ticket etc, then normally you get a refund.

Yeah if you have a shoot ticket for say Stewart, and he cancels, you get a refund on the shoot ticket.

Usually, guests cancelling dosnt effect entry tickets, as the event is still on. But, obviously some of these tickets include people who may cancel.

So, it would follow that similar value things would be added or slight refunds.

I highly doubt that if one of the captains cancelled, you could get a FULL refund on your ticket as you could still go to the event as it is still on and the other guests are still going.
