A friend who wont be able to make the con has asked me to get some autographs for him if possible, is it acceptable to ask the Captains to sign more than one item?
Also, will I need to buy my son an extra ticket to have his picture autographed or can he come in on my ticket?

You need one ticket/voucher per autograph. You will have to buy an extra ticket to get your friend's autograph.
