Hi all,

This'll be my first time going to an event like this.
I've been a fan since the 90's, but I never came to a convention or ST-meeting of any kind.

Although I'm planning to be dazzled by the entire experience, the main event for me will be to meet 4 of the 5 captains (I never followed 'Enterprise').

I'd like a photoshoot with each individual, and after that have it signed. Preferably all within 1 day (friday).
Is this managable?

How can I plan this, and is it even possible to plan this in any way?

BTW: I'm Dutch, so this'll be quite a trip and money-drain. You can imagine why I'd like at least the illusion of some certainty

Hi there, welcome to the forum

At the moment we do not have a schedule of when the photo shoots will actually be, so you getting them signed after would not be 'guaranteed' unfortunately.

I would certainly suggest that it's possible but it's difficult to discuss when we don't know when talks etc will be, and how long a guest might be signing after you get your photo back.

This is also my first convention but judging from what I have read in this forum, it might get a bit tight to do that in one day. Even with a gold ticket, you get priority queuing and should be able to get all photos the first day but they wont be ready until later part of the day. Getting all 4 autographed on the same day might not be entirely possible as you will be pretty behind in the autograph VQ. That's my understanding at least.

It says all photo sessions will take place Sat & Sun morning, and photos to be ready approx. 3 hours later.

Thanks so much. I missed that entire section :S.
Well I guess 'friday' is out of the picture then!

It'd be quite a fuss to get them autographed as well...
Guess I'm going to have to stick the autograph along with the picture in a nice frame then .

It has been confirmed elsewhere that the captains, at least, will be signing and doing photoshoots all three days.

Other guests it may well be that their photos will only take place Saturday/Sunday.
