Your 'ticket reference number' will probably be the one you need to hang on to!

So the photoshoot ones are simply for them to keep track of their orders.

Hi all,

First time poster. This has probably been asked a million times but I'd just love clarification once and for all.

I have a gold ticket and have booked my photoshoots (so frakking excited) but I'm confused about the autographs, from what I can gather gold ticket holders get priority queueing for captain autographs but do we still have to pay for them? If so then do we just do that on the day?

For the money I'll end up spending on this thing I'd have been able to have a comfortable week abroad someplace.

Thanks in advance for assistance in this issue.

Hi Nemesis4909,

First off, welcome to the forums.

Yes, you would have to purchase the captain autographs as they are not included as part of the gold pass. These are only available to purchase at the show. For more details on prices for the captains' autographs, please refer to the FAQ thread.

Regards,
Paul.

What PaulL posted above is correct. You get priority queueing time, but you will have to pay for the autographs on the day.

I have just booked my photo with Kate, but there is something I do not get.  I believed somebody here said that you could choose when you wanted to have your photo taken (in the morning or afternoon), but I have not seen this option. I've chosen saterday, but now I do not know at what time..
D.S.T.L. was Great!

Friday @ Opening Ceremony =
Our chair was a bit in the back, but never the less... I saw her on stage! (meeting Kate first)

Saturday @ Photoshoot Time =
Queue was long (was present @ the queue around 17.20, photo was taken around 18,45) , my number was 666, choke her hand & said "Hi" *flits* (meeting Kate second)

Sunday @ Guest Talk Time =
her talk was very nice (perhaps talking to Kate third)

Times will be announced nearer the event. I don't recall seeing anything about a morning or afternoon session, you just choose which day you want it on and the times will be announced later.

That's correct. You can only choose the days.

So.. lets say that your prebooked photo session with XX is between 10am to 10:30am, you just go to the correct teller, get your viritual ticket for your turn ..and wait? Do I get it right?

Btw.. If you get, lets say, two photo sessions in one day with two captains is there a risk they will collide time wise? Or with eventual photo sessions with other guests?

No, assuming it'll work like other SM events, we will presumably get actual tickets for the photosessions. That being the case, you just go along at the allotted time and will hand your ticket over when you go through. For other events the tickets are number and are called in batches (1-50, 50-100 etc) and you join the queue any time after the batch your number in is called.

At LFCC, EMS etc photo sessions are usually around an hour or so for popular guests but we don't know exactly how it'll work at this event yet.

I would expect they'll keep the captains shoots well apart but yes, it's possible they may clash with other guests. If you have a clash, the usual advice is to go to the one that'll finish first and then go to the other. If they're at the same time, have a word with a crew member and they'll usually try and get you through quickly so you can get to the other one. This is all assuming it works similarly to other SM events.

Bit of guesswork but it'll all become clearer as we get closer to the event. It's not even June yet and a lot of this stuff, schedules and so on isn't finalised until a week or two before hand as a rule. Some people seem to want everything fixed now but we need to be patient and wait for the info to come out.

True, what is it.. some 160 days to go.. Things can suddenly swing fast then be silent for some time. It is a big project and it is good that you have a good time to make rhings work for all, as good as it can be. Not something whipped together in a forthnight.. :)

Is anyone else having issues logging in for Martok-Gowron photo shoot tickets? Mine won't leave the screen where I put in my booking number.
