Hi everyone,

Prices for professional photo shoots are as follows :

Kate Mulgrew - £25
Avery Brooks - £25
Scott Bakula - £30
Patrick Stewart - £35
William Shatner - £40

THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM WEDNESDAY 9TH MAY AT 10AM

PROCEEDURE FOR BOOKING PHOTO SESSION TICKETS :

First, you will need to already have an entry ticket with its booking reference code.

Once you have this you will be able to add as many extra things to your booking at any time whilst still only paying a single booking fee of £1.60!

If you do not have an entrance ticket booked yet :

1). Follow book tickets link which will take you to the entry ticket option page.
2). Book entry ticket and you will be assigned a booking reference code in your confirmation.
3). Your confirmation screen will display a link to either Photos or Talks/Others.
4). Click which link you wish to be taken to and then enter your confirmation code. You will then be given access to book extra tickets such as photo sessions etc.

If you already have booked an entrance ticket :

1). Click the ‘Photo tickets’ or ‘Talks/other’ button on the Star Trek London website and then enter your booking reference number. You will then be able to book the extra tickets you want.

By ensuring everyone has a booking reference number for their entry tickets this will mean your extra tickets will be linked back to that order and you will only pay one admin charge, (when you book your entry tickets), and then any extra tickets you add between now and the event will have no admin charge added to them. By linking everything to your booking ref number you will also receive all your tickets at the same time, approx. 6 weeks prior to the event.

We hope that this system works well for everyone. It has been thought out very carefully and See Tickets have actually put a lot of work into ensuring their systems will work seamlessly to give the best customer experience we could come up with in regards to the ordering process.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks

Mark  :P

Great news!!! You know a photoshoot with all five captains would have been great! I mean you in a single picture with all five captains present. It may cost more but I am sure many fans are interested and will gladly buy it.

The event is months away. There is always the possibility that group photo shoots may yet be announced.

Like the idea of linking everything to one booking reference to save on fees. Nice touch. May seem like a small amount saved but it can add up if you buy tickets over time as different guests are announced.

For Clarification:  Can I assume that no-one will have tickets yet as they are being sent out much later?

You are correct. Please read it as, "If you haven't BOOKED your ticket yet!" and "If you have BOOKED your ticket already!".

You'll be using your booking reference number. That will be what the extra items are added to.

And no worries, it's new to us all

Yes. The only photo shoot covered by Platinum is the Bridge Shoot.

If we assume I roder my ticket now, and order some photoshoots too, is there an option when ordering what day i want the photoshoot???
I imagine Sat will be heaving with pepole, so how will this be managed?

Please ignore my last post (now deleted). I thought I was in the LFCC section.

I beleive the tickets will be day specific, AKA Patrick Friday, Patrick Saturday, Patrick Sunday. You'll chose when you order.

And we'll only sell the number we can get through for each day.

Nice, helps with planning immensly.

If only i knew what TNG guys will be here, I could then determine what ticket to get.

Loving all this. MY dream would be to get a photo, then have patrick sign in (Craig, Make it so, Patrick Stewart) Oh yes, living the dream!
