I have been sending emails to customercare because I get this error message when I try to purchase tickets.
Sorry, there has been a problem with your order
Reason - YOUR TRANSACTION HAS BEEN DECLINED (R3)
This doesn't tell me anything! What went wrong?
My first email I send on wednesday, the second on thursday, but still no reaction.
My partner wants to wait with booking a flight (from Holland) until we're sure we have tickets...

Update:
Still don't know what went wrong with my purchase... but my partner went online and she got the tickets!!!
The only problem we have now, is that our address doesn't register as being Netherlands. But that is the least of our worries. A few emails and I hope it will all be sorted.
