I have just signed up for a gold ticket and want to know, when I will get the pre-sale-code? Is the code a guarantee to get a gold ticket?

You get in earlier with the code. If a ticket is sold out that's it, the code is no guarantee for anything else than earlier booking. I'll ask Destination Star Trek to check. You both should have got the code by now.

If you have not received the email despite signing up then you can probably assume there was an error with your email address - I can check this for you if you send the email address you signed up with to us via the contact us form.  http://www.startrekl....com/contact-us

However, if you go to the website and sign up again, you will receive the code on confirmation.

The code gives you early access to purchase tickets before they go on general sale on Monday 30th April.

Yes, but as far as I know, it's only emailed to you if you sign up to Starfleet.

I got the code on the site when I signed up. However, they have not emailed me anything or responded to my question about the VIP pass, which is worrying.

Yes Holger, once you have the code you can book a ticket.

I've requested that this issue gets checked. I'm afraid the moderators are not involved with this.

Thank you for putting in that request. I've booked a hotel (flexible rate), but would very much like to hear back from Media 10 (or whomever is responsible) concerning my ticket enquiry before I book anything else.

It should be Media 10. Which e-mail did you use?

Just to clear up the confusion...

If you have not recieved the email we are advising people to sign up again as the likely reason is that there is an error with the email address that was submitted - I can check individual cases if you send the email address you signed up with to info@startreklondon.com

By signing up via the website you will be given the code on the confirmation page once you have completed the form - to clarify no further emails are due to be sent until the end of next week (this email will also contain the code as a reminder).

The code gives you access to the ticket booking page in order to purchase tickets prior to the general sale date of April 30th.

That's the right one, yes. Sorry for the delay. I can only guess how many e-mails they have to go through, and I am not actually sure I want to know that number.
