What are the opening times?
How much do the tickets cost?

Please have a look here: http://showmasterson.......t&p=1721538

Tickets are non refundable.

Can I buy tickets if I live outside UK?

Yes.

If the site does not accept your entry please put the county in one of the existing address fields. The problem is being worked on. The site will feature a country field soon hopefully.

If you have problems with your existing order please contact seetickets direct at: customercare@seetickets.com
The customer care e-mail does not have any information about ticket types and can not help with event questions.

There is no shopping basket, but I want to buy two tickets!

Once you have one ticket you will have an account. Log back in, then you can add any extra ticket. This is handy for photoshoots mostly, but you can add entry tickets that way too.

You do not need to give ticket holder names when ordering.

How much is overseas postage?
All overseas bookers tickets to be collected at event, and will not be posted out.

Once you have booked your tickets, the confirmation will state this.

Tickets will be posted out only to UK addresses 6 weeks before the event.

Can I collect my tickets if I live in the UK?
To do this, contact See Tickets on 0844 854 1355 and have your ticket reference number ready to quote.

Do children go free?
Under 4's will be free. But we need to confirm details on child tickets. Info to come soon.

Can I attend talks with a standard ticket?

There will be free and paid for talks. All ticket holders have access to the free talks. If a paid for talk is not included in your ticket type you can buy a ticket for it extra. This also goes for the Captains Talk.

What days are the Captains attending?
At present all 5 Captains will be there all 3 days.

How do I get an autograph?

Per the ticket summary above some ticket types do include a guaranteed autographs of certain guests. For all other ticket types the virtual queue system that is in place at other Showmasters will be in operation.

How much are photos/autographs/talks/party tickets?

All tickets will be on sale separately. Tickets are available to all ticket holders, no matter what ticket type was bought.

Prices for autographs:
Kate Mulgrew - £25
Avery Brooks - £25
Scott Bakula - £30
Patrick Stewart - £35
William Shatner - £40

Further guests can be found here: http://www.startrekl...s/15-autographs

THESE ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE SHOW.

Prices for professional photo shoots are as follows :
Kate Mulgrew - £25
Avery Brooks - £25
Scott Bakula - £30
Patrick Stewart - £35
William Shatner - £40

THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM WEDNESDAY 9TH MAY. PLEASE FOLLOW THE ORDER PROCEDURE AT THE BELOW LINK:

http://showmasterson...showtopic=75617

As of August 4 2012 the online sales for the Patrick Stewart photo shoot on the event Saturday have sold out. There will be some tickets available at the event for Saturday.  Friday and Sunday are more than half sold out for his photo shoot.

The party does not have an age limit, but normal rules are in place for the bar and drinking.

added October 1, 2012: Party ticket clarification

You will need an event ticket to attend the party, but it does not have to be for the day of the party - e.g. you can attend the Friday party if you have a Saturday day ticket and the Saturday party with a Sunday day ticket.

Will there be a pre-sale for autographs?

Currently the answer is no. The pay on the day system from other events is in place.

Can I get a non Star Trek item autographed (e. g. a Chuck picture from Scott Bakula)?

Yes, this is possible. The items you can get signed are not limited to Star Trek only.

The ticket I want includes randomly allocated autographs. Can I choose the guests I want autographs of?

The 6 'in person' autographs will be allocated by the organiser and won't include the captains. You will be informed of your allocation before the event so you can choose if you want to buy additional autographs.

The queuing procedure for this is to be confirmed.

*** We are aware that the wording on the website has been the cause of the confusion and we are in the process of changing it now. It was never our intention to mislead or miss-sell tickets to anyone and as such if any Silver/Gold/Platinum ticket holders require a refund we will be happy to process this for you within the next 7 days.

Please contact See Ticket directly if you wish to recieve a refund, but this must be done by Friday 27th April. After that it will be assumed that all Silver/Gold/Platinum ticket holders are content with the ticket that they purchased.***

The ticket I want includes randomly allocated talks. How can I be sure I get to see the talks I want to see?

You will be informed of your allocation before the event so you can choose if you want to buy additional talk tickets.

Does the Gold Pass allow me to join any guests queue without need a VQ ticket like it does at LFCC/EMS etc?

Gold pass only have timed priority queueing on Captains for the autographs. For every other autograph session it will just be virtually queued as normal.

Can you give as in idea of the schedule yet?

A schedule will be posted closer to the event. The guest list is not finalized yet.

The Captains Talk will take place Friday evening.

Will there be more guests?

Yes.

Will there be a photo with all 5 captains?

If this will happen an announcement will be made. If it will happen the tickets will be available to buy for all ticket holders.

Will there be dealers tables?

There will be official merchandise on sale. More info about the dealers is currently not known.

What exactly is the bridge photo?

It's a picture of you on a replica of the Enterprise Bridge.

Info on which bridge it is is forthcoming.

Is there a special hotel rate for attendees?

A special convention rate with one of the hotels is currently being negotiated. An update will follow as soon as possible.

Can I take pictures during the talks?`

Yes you can. Flash photography is permitted for the first couple of minutes only for the comfort of the guests. But you can take photos without flash after that. Videoing is not permitted.

New info October 15:

Goody Bag/pre-signed photo pick up:

Goody Bags are given out at a designated area inside the hall. The area is manned all day, every day. So you can pick up your items whenever you want/your schedule allows.

Designated Entrance:

It doesn't matter which entrance to the building you use, none of the two are designated as special event entrance.

Vendor/Dealer List:

There is no list of dealers that will be published in advance, sorry.

New info October 17:

Ticket collection is done by ticket type, so there will be several pick up points.

Main entry is one line. But as everyone will have a ticket then the line will move fast. The only exception to that are VIPs and Platinum Pass holders.

Sorry, but that's the exact quote of the reply I got when I asked. Several people have asked and we are in the process of trying to find out.

I've just ordered 3 Gold passes for the event and received my confirmation email. Although the email confirms the passes are for the three days, the website confirmation page read "You have booked 3 x GOLD PASS @ £299.00 each for DESTINATION STAR TREK - GOLD PASS at ExCeL London in London on SUNDAY, 21/10/2012 at 10:00".

This caused me a little worry until i received my email, you may want to get whoever is looking after the website to change this to avoid confusion.

I'm keen to get my silver ticket ordered but there is a small chance I may not make it as i am also moving to New Zealand at the end of the year. It's a really, really small chance (probably 0.2%) but it's there none the less. Are refunds possible minus handling fees etc just in case?

Thanks.
Chris.

I will check on this. For sold out Massive Events shows there is a re-sell policy in place, but I have not heard about anything for this event yet.

Mark was saying possibly when the tickets go on general sale on the 30th somewhere. I'll add to the first post when we have a confirmed date.

I'd book now before 1) they sell out and 2) they realise theres a big event going on and hike their prices up.

The Ibis across the courtyard is rather reasonable for London at the moment :)

I asked earlier.

I'm betting on either the TOS or TNG ones, as those are the ones that have be replicated for shows and exhibitions and personal collections the most.

Probs TOS as it's smaller, easier to set up. But they might pull otu the stops and give us the TNG bridge...or both!
