Showmasters started this thread 8 weeks ago but still haven't even suggested any freebies, goodies or prizes. Sadly I'm thinking this may be a poorly orchestrated rouse :-(

Someone else signed up for me. Couldn't get the job done either...
But once I was signed up, everthing worked fine.

Friday @ Opening Ceremony =
Our chair was a bit in the back, but never the less... I saw her on stage! (meeting Kate first)
Saturday @ Photoshoot Time =
Queue was long (was present @ the queue around 17.20, photo was taken around 18,45) , my number was 666, choke her hand & said "Hi" *flits* (meeting Kate second)
Sunday @ Guest Talk Time =
her talk was very nice (perhaps talking to Kate third)

This is my first convention and I'm so excited, looking forward to seeing Kate Mulgrew! and the other star Trek captains - been a Trekkie as long as I can remember! CAN'T WAIT - great to finally have an event of this magnitude in England so I can attend!

I had that problem but it seems to be sorted now.
Have a weekend pass and I am very much looking forward to this.
I haven't seen all the threads yet, so perhaps I haven't seen this yet, but I would be interested in finding out if anyone is going to be staying at the same place as I am for the weekend, and perhaps others might want to know who is staying in theirs, as that could be a starting point for people making new acquaintances and perhaps pass the time together after hours.
I've not been to a fan convention of any kind before but when I found out about this one, I knew it was a must, so any tips and info from more experienced Star Fleet personnel about how these things tend to go - bearing in mind that this is a somewhat unique event - would be appreciated.
